Who are we?
We are a family of three with three dogs, sailing the coasts of Scotland, exploring one island at a time - for now! There is no set route or plan. We will go where the wind and life take us. We have two golden retrievers and a bernese mountain dog - Hachi, Luna and Meems who sail with us. We sail on a 1995 Gib’Sea 472 who we are in the process of refitting, making our own and preparing for a big adventure.

Lovely yacht and welcome to my home town of Penzance. I have been sailing out of Penzance for 45 years and still do twice a week. I hope your not at sea currently the weather is not nice!
Thank you! That sounds wonderful. Penzance was beautiful. We’re now in Spain at anchor, catching up with some videos! Safe & fair winds!!⛵️
Nice video. Sail Safe Guys, Ant & Cid.
Thanks guys! We hope you’re all well!
Just in time for my lunch break, haha! Perfect! It always amazes me how quickly the sea can change! Well done for surviving the rough conditions and making all the way from Scotland to Cornwell!
Good timing indeed! Thanks for watching 😁 Yes, it's crazy how quickly it went from insanely crazy to smooth sails with no wind. We were proud to make it across without too much fuss 😆
Good to see you's adventuring out👍 (Windy App?)
Thank you! We use PredictWind instead and find it impeccably accurate. 🙂
Loved your b-roll footage, you worked it into the video so well.
Having never sailed the west coast of the UK I can only admire you all for what we know can be an awful passage.
Penzance is a beautiful place as is most of Cornwall, shame you only had time for that one stop. Britain can be so stunning when the weather is good.
Looking forward to your next episode 🥰⛵️
Thank you so much ☺️ Yes it can be beautiful in the sunshine and we’re so lucky the weather remained so good for so long! 😊
We had an interesting experience in the Irish Sea last year, the waves with the tidal over falls seem to come from every angle.
My Buddy looked over and said I think I prefer sailing in the Clyde 🤣.
Safe journeys Ragdoll
Thank you for watching!
Yeah definitely… not looking forward to making the trip back across the Irish Sea. I said to Chris, maybe we’ll just go around or not come back 😂😂😂
Well done on a great passage. Would be interested to hear how the dogs handled the rough section in the Irish sea. _/) __
Thank you! They handled it really well and just slept through most of the time down below where they were safely tucked in & not rolling around!
@@SailingRagdoll great to hear, real sea dogs!!
Next time record some bad weather footage pls 😂
Noted 😂 I was trying not to die 🤷♀️🤣
@@SailingRagdoll idc if you have to hold the camera with your teeth 😂 get it done
@@KamilJan95s wow 😂😂
