Very Nice. This is a Gujarati Dish. We call it Dhokli nu shaak. One step you should avoid is to fry the Dhokli. It is not necessary. Dhokli absorbs more masala without being fried and less oil. We just cook the masala till it softens, add water and add steamed dhokli. Try it. It is healthier with less oil.
👌🏼❤️this is Telangana recepie what we call patala pulusu r billala pulusu. we use tamarind juice instead of tomatoes we directly boil it in tamarind gravy n serve this . This is best combo for biryani
