We did a lifestyle vistt last March and also did stays at On Top of the World and Del Webb Stone Creek in Ocala. Ultimately we dedided On Top of the World was the best fit for us. MOved in our new bulid home the beginning of December. Still enjoy watching your videos. We did get an Evolution golf cart and so really appreciate the info you have provided on that.
Michael and Tiffany, I am impressed with how quickly you have amassed the number of followers you have. Before I moved to the Villages, I watched Skip Smith and Jerry and Linda. Since moving down here 3 1/2 years ago, I have seen several Villager RUclips Channels come and go. Right now, the two standout channels are The Village Newcomers Jerry and Linda and your channel Michael and Tiffany (TVE) People watching Jerry and Linda and yourselves get all different views of the Villages. So I recommend people that are considering moving to the Villages to watch both RUclips Channels

I would definitely be interested in a video of things that you dislike about the Villages. Everyone seems to love it but I would like to go in with my eyes open. We did a lifestyle visit in September and will be renting for the month of April. One thing that does concern us is Airbnb rentals. We would hate to buy a home and be surrounded by short term rentals instead of long term neighbors. Have you had any experience or feedback on this?

Eric and I have watched you from the start. We stayed at the Waterfront Inn Friday thru Monday the weekend of the Lake Sumpter 5k. We viewed pre-owned homes and the models near Shadybrook. We haven’t decided yet how we’re going to proceed. Your videos are full of info that is so helpful.

Great video as always!! We have lived in TV for over 5 years. If your parents are looking for a resale they may want to consider Monarch Grove. The village (we live there) is about 4-5 years young and has some very nice resale homes. We are right next to WellPoint and only six minutes to Magnolia Plaza……even closer to Sawgrass. And, we have lower bonds! It’ll be a quick ride to Eastport once it opens! Good luck on your house hunting!!! 💕

Welcome to our life two years ago when we arrived and were trying to buy in brand new Richmond. After 4 tries for a veranda home, which is all we wanted, we gave up and found one across the turnpike in DeLuna. Brand new, 4 br, 3 bth Mason model. It has worked out great for us for the most part, though we did settle somewhat with location as we really wanted Richmond. Just keep trying. Good luck! 😊

We have heard from some folks that have tried 20+ times and then we just heard from a couple (that was our 5K team in this video) that they lucked up on their very first try.
