Cleaning a Gold Grill with the Forbidden Gatorade

The full process of cleaning a gold grill. Starting with three steps of polishing: the gray polish to remove any scratches, the green polish removes the dullness from the gray polish and gives the ring its first shine, and then the red polish applies the final shining code to the grill. Second, the Ultrasonic cleaning, or as I call it "The Forbidden Gatorade." The Ultrasonic machine sends high-frequency sound waves removing any dirt, dead skin, dust, and the polishing materials. After the Ultrasonic, the jewelry piece is then steamed with a high-pressure steamer. In this step, I remove any leftover dirt and clean between the stones; and clean the areas hard to get to; thus, making the piece shine like new.

it's well cleaned on the outside but why does it stay dirty on the inside?
