  • This is the Speediance Gym Monster unboxing, review, and showcase. It’s a smart gym that does everything you can do in a commercial gym and fits it into a small space in your house. Takes up almost no space when it’s folded up.
    It uses digital weight so it can all be adjusted with a touch of a finger on their touch screen and has different options for how the weight is used. It can change the weight smoothly mid rep to make it easier or harder and really push your muscles to the next level.

    I only have one concern for this
    Is it durable?
    My weight is 90Kg (around 196lb) so I don't know wether it's gonna hold me over time
    Second concern is also durability but for the ropes that you pull when you work out does it wear out overtime? it looks really thin
    Great video as always :)

    Biggest concern i have is maxing out the weight on Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press. Its fine doing increased reps with lower weight, but at some point you want to hit your max.
    Wouldnt you be able to hit the limit on those exercises without too much trouble?

    • @gerrya2133
      @gerrya2133 5 месяцев назад +2

      You could suspend some kettlebells or something to increase the weight. But other than that, it's just a limitation you have to decide if you're okay with. For most people it will be enough.
      If you want more weight built in, then I think the Vitruvian is the only option in this class of machine. At some point eventually, they might release V Frame that was teased.

    • @nobytes2
      @nobytes2 5 месяцев назад

      valid concern but for the average human being 200lbs will be more than enough for everyday workouts. I think most of these are digital weight machines target regular people not body builders.

    • @kdelete4949
      @kdelete4949 4 месяца назад

      200lb of resistant with these machine is like 400lbs in free weight. Don’t ask me how it just is. Try one at a Tonal store if you have one in your area.

    I'm asking everyone I can find online with one of these. Is the Speediance Monster Gym stable enough with the foot platform folded that it can't be tipped over by a small child?

    • @markgunton6464
      @markgunton6464 4 месяца назад

      I have one and I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. I have mine in the basement and when the foot platform is folded up and on carpet it wouldn't be terribly hard to push over. I have a gym mat under it and it's sturdy, with the foot platform down there is no way a kid could tip it. It's a lot more solid than I assumed it would be (in a good way).

    Which one is better method to build muscle and strength:
    1) With this machine?
    Or
    2)With normal home training that you have done in other videos?

    • @FitFrHome

      Both work well. One uses external weight one uses gravity and your bodyweight

      @@FitFrHomeIs it fair to say that this equipment gives BETER results with LESS effort? I.e., it’s more efficient to use equipment like this instead of “normal home training”.

    • @nobytes2
      @nobytes2 5 месяцев назад

      @@EarlOrlandooI don't think one or the other is easier. Regular home training without weights is all about building endurance you will always struggle in the beginning or when hitting plateau no matter what you use.
