Yeah I'll pass I'm okay with not being friends with connect wise. I had a sales rep spend half of our demo slinging muck at every other rmm and PSA provider then saying that anyone that offers a free trial is trying to sucker you into using their product because they know it's not good which is why connectwise doesn't offer free trials because they know they're the best product and if you don't agree with that then they don't want you as a customer. That's literally what was said. I think connect wise as a product is decent, but I don't need to hire an entire team to onboard me and teach me how to use it on top of everything else. I don't see connect wise innovating and I don't see them changing their corporate culture anytime soon either. I'll be friends with someone else they can have their half of the sandbox and share it with kaseya.

I have clients who onboarded and have a tonne of issues. But that's the same with upstarts like Halo too
Autotask is shit. And since Kasaya bought them I only see it getting worse by going nowhere.
What're you looking at now as an alternative?
