    How were you able to change the company logo at the top to have it say Venture Technologies?? Is there something in the settings that you can change it to add your own company logo?

      Joel, navigate to My Company > Structure. Import your logo to the last field on the screen - "Top Navigation Logo"

      Gerard Gibert I don't see where it says my company. I guess you need some kind of administrative rights to get into that?

      Yeah, it's under the System Menu. Yes, you need creds.

    How do i get email notification, if new ticket is created ??

      Narendrakumar barvaliya Set who you want to receive a notification on ticket creation in the status setup for the default New ticket status under Setup Tables > Service Boards > Status Tab.
