    Thank you so much for your awesome training.
    You are a true gentleman for giving your time.
    I love that you never edit real life situations as in when it doesn’t work as expected, you are the only one on RUclips doing that.
    When you watch others you would think everything works perfect and it’s you the user that is at fault.
    Thank you again, and if you could please send me the links to download the links for me to practice along with you. 👍🏻

    Hi, thank you for this Super Good Tutorial. I have a question, in our company we have a problem with the Update 22h2. Is not showing up at everyone's Software Center, i ve refreshed it (action) bit still not there the update or the second problem ist, they show the update but i cant install it because the button is grey. Should i delete repository and start repairccm.exe or how to teoubleshoot this two problems. Thank you so much.

    • @Cobuman
      @Cobuman  Год назад +1

      I would start by repairing ccmclient/software center. I usually would do it through ClientCenter for ConfigMrg as seen here: ruclips.net/video/KZgQK9E2Fso/видео.html This should not remove any programs or anything but only repair the client. Another thing you can try is send a script through Endpoint manager to Reset Windows Update services on remote computer.

    when looking at their system to install the client software, are we remoting in to the clients devices? or are we Installing it physically?

    • @Cobuman
      @Cobuman  4 месяца назад +1

      So, all of the software should install automatically when assigned to the computer name in Active Directory. For example, if you find the computer name in AD, go to member of, and then add the name of the group for that specific software.
      After above is done, you can then use client center to remotely install or repair any software that belongs to that remote computer.
      All of this depends if it is configured as such, otherwise you can also install the software while remoted in or physically at the computer.

      SCCM is mainly used to push installs to devices and not users.
      You can use Group Policy to deploy software to user accounts. This method relies on the user's login rather than the device, but it's a separate technology from SCCM.

      Are they all on the same network. That might be the cause.
