He also calls the Raiders a bunch of cowards for picking on the weak and defenseless instead of seeking out worthy opponents.
Canderous just doesn't take anyone's shit if they won't face challenges head on. He respects Revan and his followers become they actually stepped up to face the Mandalorians when no one else would.

@@DeathScepter Now, imagine Han Solo calling Leia that after she called him a "Stuck-up, half-witted, scrubby-looking, NERF HERDER" (in Legends, anyway, when they were husband, and wife, and not in the context of Empire Strikes Back, when she did not know of her Jedi Heritage yet)? I imagine Leia being roasted after hearing that comment, and reacting halfway like Bastilla did in that scene.

I hope Clan Ordo makes a comeback in canon. They represent what a Mandalorian is and what they are all about, even morse so than Clan Fett. I always preferred the Nomadic Space Monguls they were in legends instead of having a system consisting of Nobles that care more about status than honor in Rebels. The Mandalorian show was the first step at reviving what they were in legends, but due to the Tribe's scarce numbers, they had to do what Canderous did in the past and rebuild their society in secret (only coming out when they needed to) as according the Armorer, there are not many Mandalorians to fill an army, so they have stay out of conflict and the outside world until they rebuild their civilization to fight in the future. In many ways, I theorize the Armorer might actually be from Clan Ordo as she shares many similarities to Canderous when he became Mandalore the Preserver, both having to put their pride aside and use caution to ensure the Mandalorian code and culture remain intact and only fight when they have to.

It is feasible that a lot would have changed since Canderous' time, and Satine's time. It really makes no sense for a culture to go completely unchanged for thousands of years. Just look at Italy, France, or Egypt.
Mandalorians could still have a varied and colourful history with many societal and cultural changes over time:
      1. They first enter history as primitive religious warriors banded by faith and zealotry.
      2. Evolve into a loose association of nomadic clans ruled by conquering chieftains bonded by ideals of honour and glory, that form into a united confederation when a Mandalore is named.
      3. This tribal-confederation system evolves into an empire, as the Mandalorians forget their original religion and become more agnostic and apathetic; and over time the Mandalorians become fat, lazy, and complacent - at the expense of everyone they conquer and enslave, while they eventually make more enemies beyond their borders than they can beat.
      4. This Mandalorian Empire collapses due to internal corruption and external threats, and foreign powers conquer most of their territory, and the Mandalorians are forced to become survivors rather than conquerors, adapt, and live on different terms.
      5. The Mandalorians eventually gain prominence again and form an empire different from the first - but over time, it becomes more of a tyrannical regime with a ruler who is cruel to their own people, after which the Mandalorian society reforms again into a democratic institution.
      6. A Mandalorian exile conquers a small region of space outside of Mandalorian territory and establishes himself as a monarch, and when the Mandalorian democracy collapses in a manner similar to their first empire, survivors and settlers find refuge in his realm, and the Mandalorians take on a more feudal, courtly culture.
      7. The Mandalorian monarchy grows and expands, but eventually, civil war breaks out, worlds are razed, and the Mandalorians almost destroy themselves.
      8. Enter Duchess Satine and her pacifist regime.
There, an entire fictional 2,000-year history, fleshed out in just a few minutes.

@0:44 There's a certain brilliance to this if you know your Traviss Mandos. They take fatherhood VERY seriously. The farmer's daughter might have died protecting her farm and home, and there is no shame (indeed, great honor) in dying like that, but the fact that not only did her father fail to stand up for his land, not try to protect his daughter, and is asking someone else to do the fighting instead of going after than and asking for backup? Well, by Mandalorian culture, that makes the farmer a dirty coward and one of the most unforgivable sins of their culture - an unfit father.
