Your various feathered friends are so beautiful. We had a floating platform in the middle of our ponds for the waterfowl to get away from most predators. Taking the guard dogs for a walk around the pond once a day to mark territory really helps too. Keeping ya'll and grandpa and Shirley in my prayers.

I'm impressed that MC is willing and able to teach that baby outside. The north Carolina zoo has CVP and they hatch out in June. My mother had a goose that handed her clothes pins to hang laundry, so cute.

The baby pigeon is so precious !!! I like the new outdoor boxes, you could lay some stick from a tree in there for them to perch on and I bet they’d love it.
Geese are very good guard animals. They warren the other animals of any predators in the sky, telling them to get to safety. Brooke I think that's a great idea. The more the merrier.
So do Roosters,they give a warning cry to the chickens that has them running for cover,so you need bushes and places for them to run to anything low they can hide under.

Losing a pet is devastating. I lost a goose that I loved dearly last year and still miss him every day. Some people think it’s just a bird. Well, they are much much more. Love to you all.

I have been worried, I know how hard it is to lose our babies. In fact I just lost my best girl Roxy (Valley Bulldog) on Sunday morning. She was my constant shadow, the keeper of my soul. The baby pigeon is so precious !!! I like the new outdoor boxes, you could lay some stick from a tree in there for them to perch on and I bet they’d love it.
Geese are very good guard animals. They warren the other animals of any predators in the sky, telling them to get to safety. Brooke I think that's a great idea. The more the merrier.
So do Roosters,they give a warning cry to the chickens that has them running for cover,so you need bushes and places for them to run to anything low they can hide under.
I am so happy Brooke, that you are showing more on the geese and the hatching of geese! It’s my favorite part, and I try to catch more video’s on them!! Brooke geese are annoying & loud- but they are so beautiful. And as you said they make great guards for the chickens , ducks & other animals.
