    Sounds good Jimmy, you definitely have done the hard yards and you’re ready - just the execution now. Cruise the first 20 miles, bring it home the following 10k 💪🏻🏃

      @jimmyrunsoz I'm in the UK, booked to do the Abingdon Marathon on the 20th, original plan was to try and dip under 3hrs. But had to take some time off running from April to July due to illness, so missed out on base building. Revisited my goals and aim for 3:15, will try to crack 3 hrs in April at Manchester 🤞
