Titanfall 2 multiplayer servers are back online . I've been playing it non-stop. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of players but even so the matchmaking is quick.

I fucking miss those days never had to worry about anything, how time flies by and who would of thought all of the lore led up to apex which I love but not as much as titanfall, titanfall deserved more, 6 years ago in 2016 I would have never expected it to come to this it's truly fascinating and tragic at the same time.

Titanfall is the most underrated FPS of all time. I don't know how it wasn't 2015 GOTY.
Well, it didn’t come out til October 2016 for one, but aside from that, piss poor release window (between COD:Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1) alongside almost nonexistent marketing.
Edit: I see my mistake and see you’re referring to the original Titanfall. It failed because it had a $60 price tag but no campaign. At the time, a full price fps game was expected to have both a good multiplayer AND a good campaign. By todays f2p standards, a campaign is secondary, if not outright absent.
Too hard for casuals.
It did get GOTY but it wasn't official due to it failing because we all know why it failed... *coughs cod and battlefield.
@@corybryan2105 Also to add on to your comment, the first titanfall game was an xbox exclusive so only those with an xbox had access to the game initially, however later on at some point it was released for PC but I don't know the date, and even until today I don't think titanfall 1 was ever released for PS, so they missed out on potential players and buyers from other platforms, like myself, since their only audience were xbox players.
Unfortunately I never got to play the first titanfall game because again.. it was an xbox exclusive and I had a playstation, but I still was watching titanfall 1 gameplay back in 2014

@yukari akiyama I’ll be honest, unless the Draconis landed on it, you could probably still fix it. After all, BT was still online until he had a few shot from a splitter rifle put through his cockpit. That northstar’s central chassis could probably still be repaired.
It was the perfect creation capable of consistent high altitude flight for long periods of time with high speed and manoeuvrability maintaining and exceed average health pool for its class and last other titans with long range rocket cluster and a perfectly designed weapon
Im pretty sure pilots are no longer piloting titans at all in apex era, valk is a pilot yet she only got her jetpack. Idk why, its just saddening really...

@@Doctorsex2100But it's the fault of developers for mostly focusing on multiplayer than singler player campaign. That's where COD and other games like battlefield (before focusing only on multiplayer) succeeded. If they make titanfall 3, they should make campaign's plot more polished

When BT is rebooting at the end, you can hear him briefly say "...a throw is the only option." Which is a call back to the first Fastball, and of course all the previous fastballs, but Is also foreshadowing for the final Fastball at the end. Trust me. He did the math.

I just played Titanfall 2 story and man... we need Titanfall 3. Forget apex legends and give the people what they want and not they think they need.. man the world needs more of these games
Funny enough, they were 10 months into making the third Titanfall game but canceled it for apex. Guess the devs decided it wasn't good enough to continue making it as it wouldn't meet the same standards of Titanfall 2. Which, of course, it will never be the same as Titanfall 2. It's either gonna be worse, or it will surpass it, but yeah I really hope all the rumors and such of a potential Titanfall 3 does come true if not then we are just gonna be left to our imaginations.

I held that belief but I am not sure that I wish for the current Respawn to make a Titanfall 3. All of the legacy members are gone, all of the people responsible for the miracle of a story and game that I love are gone. But titanfall 2 still remains and it will always be in my heart.

Back then I thought that was it for Titanfall games, this is how is going to end, but these past days Ive been playing Titanfall2 again. Hearing these stroies talking aboute Titanfall 3 has lighten a spark in me, a spark of hope, that we will be satisfyed.

Skill issue? I played through all of master mode and i don't remember having too much trouble with any single boss. I think the part that gave me the most grief is the charge with captain dumbass who moves incredibly slowly and you have to stay with her or else she gets downed
If you really want to hate the game, try killing Viper on Master mode, using the Scorch load out, closest I’ve ever come to deleting the game.

@@SpaceGandalf342Why tho? Fortnite isn't that bad, i can go from battle royale to making my own island to call home, from stabbing husks to racing, the bp system in fortnite is also great, i can earn xp just by making a castle, saving survivors or playing one of the thousands of player made games.

Everyone deserves to play that game. It's a shame you can really only play the game at certain times.
I recall going over to my brother's house and downloading every new update. Playing with my friends and having fun.

understandable, the S9 legacy trailer gets me emotional. knowing that there probably won't be a TF|3 anytime soon. 0:44 was my favourite part, seeing Northstar in the barn and taking flight, filled me with so much joy. :D
