I kinda agree with JGZ. maguire is a decent CB who is more than capable of consistently having a great game against minnows. the prem has began to exploit his weaknesses and I don’t think he’ll gain much adjustment from the WC other than a potential confidence boost, which could be all he needs after all.

Saka playing a key role in defeating France would have been poetic. I say this as someone who normally barracks against England... but the current squard has character. Go Croatia!
