I needed to hear this. I dated a Muslim guy for 3yrs and funny enough he was like the best guy, friend and brother I ever had. The first day his dad set eyes on me he disliked my spirit. The guy wasn't the very committed Muslim and he attended Christian schools and so knows a bit about Christianity. It was his father's decision that he goes to those Christian schools because they're more discipline and high performing than Islamic schools. I attended church service on some occasions with him. Prayed with him in the name of Jesus. He was very respectful of me and I did really loved him. When we were about leaving school he would propose we move to a distant region or country to start life so we can marry. He never insinuated I convert to Islam because he used to tell me religion shouldn't divide people and that was huge for me hearing it from him. But of course I did not agree with escaping to be together. A week after I left for my region after we both finished the university, he called me one evening to tell me he wants me to be happy and marrying me into his family is the least place I would find happiness. He told me his family would never accept me no matter what he does. He told me it will break his heart to see me rejected by his family so h wants to let me go. I was broken and felt nothing would ever make me whole again. He finally confessed to me his dad had arranged a Muslim lady for him and the lady was staying with his mom waiting for him to finish sch. He is married to her and they have a child together. It was extremely hard for me to move on. Being with someone for 3yrs and doing almost everything together? I couldn't do nothing without missing him. But at the end I am glad we broke off the relationship and not marriage. At the beginning of Christian Muslim relationship, it's always very assuring that it will work be they never do. I hope Christian ladies who are trapped in it find their strength and in the holy Spirit to move out and move on.
The bible States very clear that Christians should only marry other christians, WE should obay the LORD JESUS CHRIST, If He IS truly our GOD. Listen to the HOLY ✨ SPIRIT ✨

I appreciate you sharing your heart and your experience. I understand what you went through. It is so tempting to believe the ideals a loved one is telling us. It is very hard sometimes to be single struggling with loneliness or facing the challenges of doing life on your own. I knew someone who had a similar situation, A young lady from Scotland qualified as a teacher the opportunity arose for her to go to Saudi Arabia to teach English. Having meet a Saudi national whom she liked but this individual turned out to be a monster abusing her in every way in the name of Religion . I had a similar story years back I live in Los Angeles and I dated a guy from Syria and the same thing his whole thing was that he wanted me to convert to Islam and he was deceiving me with little things just like you but his final idea was for me to convert in order to get married to him. At the end I didn’t do it we broke up and I found out that he was cheating on me the whole time. Maybe you didn’t know but no one just gets married in three months he was already contemplating marrying somebody else because you wouldn’t convert. Same thing happened to me as soon as we broke up with in couple of months he went to his country and he got married and he brought his new wife here to America. I found out that he was already talking to her and her family when we were in a relationship so trust me they are liars even if you don’t think so and if you’re still in love with him trust me he was probably lying and cheating the whole time and you didn’t know they are master manipulators and they know how to cheat very well. Dating an Arab would only end up in heartbreak.

Thank you for your testimony. I was in a relationship with an Arab Muslim man and although he “claimed” he wasn’t religious which made me relived, all rules of his religion were imposed on the woman, but not him. He was so jealous and possessive. I had no right to talk to men even if I have been friends with them since childhood. I was told that only whores are not home past 10pm even when all I did was drive from my dad’s home at midnight to his home… in my CAR. I wasn’t OUT. As much as their religion says that men can marry a Christian, your religion has absolutely no respect in their eyes. I got so upset one time when he told me that no Christian names could be given to our kids. It would be unacceptable. Then I truly realized that you as a woman are just a decoration without dignity for them. A tool for a means. I never felt more oppressed in my entire life as a woman until this relationship and I pride myself as a women of equal rights and freedom of being. I learned a big lesson and have a lot of regret entering that relationship too. Too many beautiful words but in action over time he had no respect. He also lied like I have never heard before. Ladies, be careful out there before you sell your soul. You may lose everything including your children.

This is not a kind of relationship one wishes for life where the man doesn’t respect you at all on all fundamental levels. Wow, this really touched my heart. I too dated a Muslim guy from Morocco for about 2 years and I too am a Christian. Seeing you in these long dresses and scarves just bring back memories for me. He also bought me hijabs as gifts when he would come back from visits to his county. I loved him so much but unfortunately it didn't work out because of religion and I too would not turn Muslim after knowing who Jesus is. I've not really gotten over my love for him up until today but I can never choose a man over our Jesus... Praise God for just keeping me from further heartache.

One key phrase for you to consider.
You don't want someone who knows who jesus is.
You must have someone who worships jesus constantly who loves jesus apart from you a man who's main goal in life is to grow closer to the lord and worship him . That needs to be done not in any way shape or form because he's trying to get to you. That needs to be on his own account.

In summary, early marriage is still a custom practiced by European and Christian peoples in the twenty-first century until the twenty-first century, so why is the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) blamed for it, who practiced it 1400+ years ago!? This clearly reveals the lack of credibility of these critics and reveals their hidden goal, which they put under the cover of defending women's rights and human rights in order to win the sympathy of Western peoples with Aisha (may allah be pleased with her), the girl who, according to their opinion, was """"forced"""" to marry a man over fifty. We must not neglect here an important point about the Prophet’s (PBUH) marriage to Aisha. The fact that a woman proposed the idea of this marriage is sufficient evidence that such marriage was in keeping with the custom and customs in that society and that the woman at that time did not see it as a violation of her rights or a negative of her will, as some promote. And if his goal was following desires, he would not have married after her death an old woman in her eighties, Sawda Bint Zam’a Al-Amriya, whose husband had died, so the Prophet (PBUH) wanted to force her mind and console her loneliness, and thus be a role model for the rest of the Muslims, so they could learn from him kindness to widows. In any case, the Prophet’s marriage to Aisha at that early age had a great benefit for Islam and Muslims, as her early age enabled her to quickly memorize and learn the origins of Islam from the source. She was with the senior Islamic jurists in the position of a professor among his students, and they did not ask her anything about Islam except that they found knowledge and detail with her, until a quarter of Islamic law was transmitted from her alone!. after him. I'm an American Christian and I was with an Iraqi for 10 years, and your story triggered so many things in me. I too allowed myself into that relationship because he "loved god so much." But it was Allah, not my God. I could make a video as long, if not longer than yours. I wasn't as strong as you, and we had a son together. I never went to Iraq, even tho he wanted me to. Married life was a living hell, -abuse, due to all the rules I broke that I should have known about. You mentioned confusion (which comes from the deceit), I had it bad. If I would have just read my Bible all the time, I could have seen more clearly and answered the stock phrases. Even tho I was raised Christian, the verses didn't come to mind on que. (They seem to have an answer for every thing you say.) So you still have to saturate yourself in The Word. He was already married when I met him, he said he was divorced (which he wasn't...) He died from Corona a year ago, so our son doesn't hear him begging to speak with me any more. Now I'm contending with God to save our son, who has been pulled and pushed into this or that religion. Like I said, you triggered so many things inside, almost to a panic. So many things you said was almost word for word identical. "Oh, you're my mother and brother and sister!" Using any law or quote to their advantage, whatever suits him at the time! When I left him for good, he went to a "temporary," (even tho he was still married to his cousin in Iraq.) I'm now very much stronger, and in my faith in Christ and what He did for us, for all! I went into this "arrangement" in ignorance, before 9-11. (I since wanted to start a refuge for women who are leaving Muslim men, but I would most definitely be a target!) It is a very personal struggle, because nobody around knows what it's like. And that got them the idea that Jesus basically died for their sins, and He saved us all, whereas Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never did that, and left the Muslims Ummah (community) alone. This concept basically made Christians arrogant and filled them with hate and pride that Jesus was the only Prophet and all others were the false ones.
In fact, that is not the case. Quran has explained every events of Prophet Esa letting the humanity know what actually happened, and what are the benefits for us in it.
Quran has clearly mentioned, “Every man shall have the taste of death”, and that includes all Prophets including Esa (Peace Be Upon Him) and he will die when his time will come.
All prophets completed their mission, given to them, including Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). And as soon as their mission completed, their souls were brought back to Allah. But that was not the case with Prophet Esa (Peace Be Upon Him), because his mission isn’t completed yet. And his mission will be completed, when the Anti-Christ will appear and he will fight him, and defeat him. After that Prophet Esa’s soul (Peace Be Upon Him) will be dispatched to Allah, and his mission will come to an end.
He didn’t save any Christian, instead he was summoned back to Allah.
And that is why this concept of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was not saved by Allah is invalid in Islamic context. He simply completed his final mission, and his soul was brought back to Allah as the ones before him. Except Prophet Esa (Jesus) (peace be upon him).
I am curious. The penalty for apostasy is death. Yet I've heard and read so many testimonies from ex- Muslim s. How do you all leave? I mean, I know God is amazing and can preserve His people, but I also know that many have died for the faith, and many more will. Gosh that ending I cried for you sister. I can imagine the pain you felt.. you spent a lot of time with this man and had a lot of memories with him. It probably felt like a ton of bricks just hit you when you heard he was married. Went through something similar but I cut it off pretty early before it could even begin. Still hurt though because he was like everything I wanted in a man. He was literally perfect. Everything I wanted... except he didn't believe in Jesus. He was a great provider, had good morals, we could talk for hours nonstop, family oriented, great work ethic and very bright. I kept on making excuses in my mind, like oh maybe I'll convert him to Christianity. Hurt me badly when I had to cut it off but I learned my lesson. But yeah, marrying an unbeliever rarely ever works out and will most likely be an unhappy marriage. Just listen to all the testimonies of those who did that and you'll know what your outcome will likely be. Thanks for your testimony sister, going through pain sucks but it's always for a reason I believe to strengthen us in the truth and our purpose and to help others going through the same situation. I hope other sisters learn from this. Not just with a Muslim man but any man who isn't a believer. God is proud of you sister

I have dated A Muslim for over 2 years now I had to break it off with him a few months ago religion would always get in the way. When you think of this pain, remember Job. All of his children were swept up in a tornado along with all of his animals (where his wealth was) and his house destroyed. He became so stressed his whole body broke out into boils (possibly shingles). Then his wife left him saying "you must have done something wicked for God to have punished you so." But here is the happy part you should focus on: Job praised God anyways and gave thanks. He was rewarded with another wonderful wife, and many children and a large sum of animals and his house and family were bigger and better than his first. Don't cry over the tiny slightly balding teddy bear that was left behind, thank God for the future giant fluffy Teddy bear he will bring you.

I have seen testimonies where someone was having cancer or something and when she forgave her evil mother in law, she was healed. In one story, a man had severe stomach pain for some time, the pastor asked him to write down all the people whom he hasn't forgiven, coz it was a long list, he wrote down about 2 full pages of people and put his hand on it to forgive all of them, his pain was instantly gone.

Her only regret: She asked for a good man and not a rich man! lol.

My niece was dating a Muslim boy. From 15 to 21… such a gorgeous girl, loyal. Finished high school. Started university. He was always out made her stay home, she caught him cheating many times. Young love. Only met his brother who lived on his own and was dating an Australian girl (we live in Australia) and we are Italian. We have had a really weird mix of religion while growing up. But I’ve always loved Jesus due to my own personal experience. He would only come over and stay for a small amount of time and over the years I tried to explain to her what a real relationship should look like. How we shouldn’t deny Jesus and how she would be forced to change or her children would have to be raised as Muslim if she wanted to marry this boy. He was always respectful to us. Helped her and encourage her to study and kept her focused. Slowly slowly she opened her eyes and left him…. I pray ur niece has an open mind and strong will and intuition to release she truly has free will and oppression and abuse of women is wrong

I knew that nothing good could come of it, imagine my kids being Muslim, no way... His brothers claimed that he couldn't eat after I left him. I was a virgin and definitely had no intention of sleeping with him. I had just never had time for boys so that was my time. Muslim men "try" Christian girls all the time and go marry suitable girls. I had a muslim boyfriend he was like an angle send from heaven.Through his actions I got interest in Islam and i started reading books asking questions about Islam and atleast I converted to Islam and for the first time in my life I made the best decision on earth. I'm so sorry you went through that. I actually moved up Ukraine and married an Orthodox guy. On the surface it seemed like we were both christians, but he followed traditions and lighting candles and praying to pictures of icons which it specifically says in the Bible not to do. Anyway, when I tried to talk to him about all of it, his community and traditions were more important than an actual relationship with God and he resented me for not becoming Orthodox. International relationships are always hard, but religious differences when both people are committed to believing what they believe become almost impossible at some point. You were right, that a man cannot be the head of Christ is not his head. From there everything will go wrong. Praying for you. I would ask where you are from, because I've traveled quite a lot, but I want you to stay safe. It's maybe better if you don't share that information on the internet.
Hi Lori! I was actually Protestant all my life and I converted to Orthodoxy last year. Candles symbolize the light of Christ. And I know the traditions can be overwhelming but I actually feel like they help me have a better relationship with God. For instance the sign of the Cross is a reminder of Christ dying on the cross for me and the Trinity. And we’re not praying to icons we’re asking saints to intercede for us. Just as we would ask our fellow Christians here on earth. The fasting throughout the year also helps to make the flesh submit to God and not our passions and desires.
