The way they were cutting each other off, the rising tensions, Ethan deflecting so he didn’t have to answer questions, them using real life statistics and scenarios to compare and contrast for the sake of critiquing and insulting… I’m sorry but you’re lying to yourself if you think this is staged, and I get it, I was like that for a while too at one point, making up my own justifications for why Ethan and Hila became so bitter, but as you can see I’ve moved on
As someone who watched literally every H3 video for years, Oliver was nailing everything. I stopped watching when he went from bashing Trisha to starting a series with her, when Ethan went from calling Jordan Peterson his friend to calling him a nazi, when he went from defending fair use to trying to get his critics banned, and so much more, but to put it simply, it was when he turned into everything he used to stand against
The craziest thing is that Ethan introduced me to a lot of the people he brought on, including Jordan Peterson, Post Malone, Bobby Lee, Tom Segura, Gus Johnson, bill wurtz, Oliver Tree even, and more, and guess what, I still watch, listen to, or follow ALL of these people (with the exception of Idubbbz bcuz I feel he went in a similar route Ethan did), but no longer Ethan bcuz of the scum sucking leech he turned into, and I hate to say it but Hila ain’t too great anymore either. If you watched all their older videos maybe you’ll see what we disaffected fans mean when we say what Oliver says here

Oliver Tree was bang on the money. H3H3 was fuqin PHENOMENAL back in the day. And it does seem like he has rested on his laurels with occasional glimmers of greatness. This video was pretty refreshing as Ethan played really well off of Oliver and had a return to form with some great comedic moments. I hope these lads rip into each other again
