Hi Rana, new version of photoshop no longer provide 3D, so the 3D light effect is no longer available. I saw you description listed free download, is there a download of this texture available? Thanks so much in advance!

There are a few potential reasons why lighting effects may not be working in Photoshop. One possibility is that the Effects menu is not enabled in the Preferences. To check this, go to Edit > Preferences > Effects. If the Effects menu is not enabled, click the checkbox next to it and restart Photoshop.
