As an Aussie great interview, as a mental health worker so much gratitude for Nick being vulnerable and normalising struggles for everyone especially young men. Love this podcast !
If this is your first time seeing this podcast, please watch more! It’s kinda groundbreaking. The Ric Flair, Michael Beasley and Wallo episodes will touch you. 🙏🏻
The diversity of guest that the Pivot has weekly is truly awesome. I’ve always liked Nick Kyrios for some reason that I can’t explain and this interview made me like him a lot more. Great job fellas as always.
Guys if you can cover some of the rugby legends and a football (soccer) legend this show will literally be loved all over. Oh and don't forget cricket 🏏
Would be great if some of those people who keep slanging Nick off could listen to this. People have crazy ideas reading the tabloids all the time and don't ever realise what guys like Nick are going through. That Shanghai match was heart-breaking. You should have been allowed to say you were too exhausted to play. They can do that now. Thanks to you and Naomi. You've made a difference to sport and tennis.
He's a complete DB and baby . He's awful for the sport in terms of his behavior. So weird how you think this DB is some kind of credible example as a man or sportsman group.. wild 😂
Great show per usual! It's nice to see/hear Nick be vulnerable and transparent. I'm a huge fan and look forward to seeing him back on the court healthy physically and mentally.❤
Aussies here for you king k... Big fan of these boys since I am athlete days and this interview is like a coming home moment for me as an indigenous Australian 🎉🎉✊🏾👊🏾💯
so nice to see nicklicious doing this interview. I'm a die hard nadal fan, but... nick can beat anyone on any given day. PERIOD. And it's good to see he's in a good place mentally. Here's hoping he can stay healthy in 2024.
@@isabellasmith8377 because WINNING a tournament requires consistent effort across multiple matches. And if there's any knock on Nick, it's that he really hasn't been able to pin together a consistent effort at his best across multiple matches. He gets geared up to play against an opponent (Rafa, Roger, Novak) and will go all out when playing them and beat them. Then lose to a lower ranked opponent because the motivation to beat that guy isn't the same. Winning tournaments is about consistency more than anything. Nick can beat any of the top players on any given day because that's just 1 or 2 matches.
I loved this show - great to see Nick has overcome his demons and is in a happy place. Loved the pivot for highlighting a different sport but showing the pitfalls of celebrity cross sports.
Great interview guys. This explains a lot . I’ve always been a fan of Nick but used to think this guy has so much talent and he’s not giving it his all. Tennis needs personalities like Nick, I hope he gets back to it and we see him fulfill his potential . But either way he’s helping people by talking about his struggles. Hope he starts playing for Australia more.
Great show great podcast. Hands down the best podcast right now!! But can we let the legend Freddy T ask the last question... What is your biggest pivot? that is a Fred Taylor question hahaha
I love tennis and have often worried about Nick. This explains sooooo much and I look forward to rooting for him again on the court but am so impressed with him off the court. 🥰🙏🏽
I absolutely love this podcast. The "other one" was good, and i was sad to see the outcome of it. With that being said, The Pivot is one of my overall favorite channels. It's polished. It's well thought out. I've watched interviews they've done on guest I've known nothing about just because it was on here. The guests are from a vast array of fields, and I love that. The chemistry between Fred, Channing, and RJ is genuine, and infections, it rubs off on the guest. You can tell it's a comfortable environment for the interviewee. Keep doing your thing guys your podcasts are a staple of my routine.
I've been having this problem...ITS NOT NOTIFYING ME OF NEW SHOWS IVE TRIED UNSUBSCRIBING AND RESUBSCRIBING A BUNCH OF TIMES...IVE SET IT ON "ALL" AND I STILL HAVE TO GO SEARCH THE PIVOT IN ORDER TO SEE A NEW EPISODE....😡😡😡😡
It’s every Tuesday and Friday in the early afternoon in Iowa. (CST). I just go to RUclips and search for The Pivot and it comes right up. Maybe that would work for you.
Its depressing that someone such as myself who actually has depression controls themselves at work while being respextful to people around me . This is not a man who is accountable nor competent. Its one thing to admit being an idiot because we all do it but its another thing to just use mental health as a crutch.. Nick could be great but he cant even be honest... Is what it is . ✌️
Salute to the Pivot for the diversity of guests within all genres of sports!
Came here to say this exactly.💯

The PIVOT is therapy...delivering every time!!!!!

The way he used to curse out the line judges and the fans during tennis matches have always been priceless.

That’s what’s up Pivot! This guy Nick was the reason I’ve started following tennis a lil bit.
Aussies here for you king k... Big fan of these boys since I am athlete days and this interview is like a coming home moment for me as an indigenous Australian 🎉🎉✊🏾👊🏾💯
Great interview I’m enjoying the RANGE of the PIVOT. Looking forward to Serena, Venus and Coco
My wife is a life long tennis fan and I always tell her Nick is easily one of the most talented tennis players I have ever seen.
Nick is one of the most talented players on the tour i think he definitely could win several grand slams if he has the right mentality
He'd be right there with Djokovic and Alcaraz as the best in the world if he had even half of Djokovic's discipline and work ethic.

Delusional! If he can beat anyone on any given day why doesnt he have slams or masters 100’s?any good pathetic excuse?

Great interview! I have liked Nick for many years. I appreciate his authenticity and look forward to his continued growth.

One of the best podcast/interviews yet from a very unexpected guess, love it!
I loved this show - great to see Nick has overcome his demons and is in a happy place. Loved the pivot for highlighting a different sport but showing the pitfalls of celebrity cross sports.
Love this interview. I am a big Nick fan. So good to see him. Thank you.
Very diverse podcast that allows it's guest to be comfortable with discussing their challenges in life.
Nick is an amazing tennis player. Very talented and played the top players in the world and competed at highest levels.

Glad to see tennis 🎾 gettin so love!
For those who don’t follow tennis, Nick Kyrgios is the Kobe Bryant of tennis. Go check his highlights out!
Nick is probably one of the most talented but let’s be real, he doesn’t work any where near as hard as Kobe did and that’s what held him back
Not true. He is incredibly talented but not the Kobe of tennis.
Nah man. Kobe would be more like an Agassi or Sampras.
Nick should be equivalent to Iverson.
If you like NFL, equivalent to Michael Vick.
Now this is interesting.
@45:20 answer is beast
HOF Freddie!!! Two more rounds
My favorite tennis player
My favorite episode yet, by one of my favorite athletes
