I transitioned from I Am Athlete to The Pivot like it was nothing. These guys banter is entertaining and enlightening at the same time.
They all compliment each other’s personalities, RC is the mediator, Channing is the wild one that asks the non politically correct questions and then Fred asks the deeper more introspective questions

The reason the Pivot Podcast is SO DOPE and #1, is because of how AUTHENTICALLY themselves they are. Their genuine chemistry translates in the way they interview and interact with their guests and each other. They allow their guests have the comfortability to open up and SPEAK, without constant interruptions… Which in turn, makes for a great interview! Also, how “PIVOTAL” is it, that they will edit out whatever or even table a whole interview, if the guest wasn’t happy with what they said… EVEN THOUGH they have the contracts signed and money invested in the interview!!!! It’s the HONOR and RESPECT they show for ME!!! I admire these 3 men…
You can absolutely tell it’s not about the money with them, it’s about being true to themselves and fair to each other and their guests!!! I could go on and on, but y’all already know. Lol

I totally agree. These men show you how NOT to allow ego and pride take over where as others seem to always want to be the center or the star. If it's really about giving others a voice and the floor to speak their truth then showboating isn't even a concern...but I digress I LOVE THESE GUYS and how they are impacting the culture. I met Channing Crowder at Newark Airport and even though it was a quick conversation, I still felt his humbleness & genuineness. Great podcast I wish them much success. 🙏🏿

They all bring something to show which I love . Ryan has the best questions and knows how to open the guest up and make them feel comfortable and more authentic. Channing brings the comedy, and is just himself and allows the guest to relax, and Fred is like that wise voice that chimes in when he needs to and makes you think

The Pivot is without a doubt the best podcast out there. The chemistry is off the chain. Channing is such a square, RC is like a media mogul and Fred is just the OG when he speaks you listen. Every episode is a banger 🙌🏽
They ask the questions that normal media doesn't ask. athletes are real people just like us and face problems just like us just that they have different problems
The Pivot works because they maintain the "All for one, and one for all" motto. With RC, Channing and Fred it's truly a brotherhood!

I truly enjoy the Pivot because it's genuine and fluid conversation that explores various perspectives. It's always consistent. The blk mental health episode was amazing for our community. I try to give IAM Athlete opportunities time and time again but the focus is always on Brandon, his thoughts, his experiences, him wanting to heard, etc. Rather then hearing the guest and allow the audience to learn about the guest. Pivot keep doing ya thing. It's appreciated it.
Rc is such a genuine guy, the ending was pure gold getting to achieve something of your bucket list.

I love the Pivot Channing is Gold frfr Fred is amazing in breaking down the jewels and giving that wisdom and RC connects everything effortlessly. The Brandon Marshall show lost some real ones and they should’ve did more but I’m glad that they moved on and created this show. I watch all the time keep it going brothers! #paythemen

There is no bringing down of the culture in what I said I am uplifting what they do. I’m sure Brandon may be kicking himself on the way things were handled with these men. But regardless both have great shows and I’m glad that they “Pivoted” and started their own thing.

Brandon Marshall has a show call I am athlete which they were original all apart of the show was started through the pandemic as just friends getting together and starting a podcast until things blowup and they were extremely successful. When they all had to come back to the table to figure out the plans of the show and money things changed and some people were disrespected. This new show is a creation of their disagreement of the pst show and is doing well

Yes. I agree both platforms bought a lot of positive information. As an older person I learned a lot. Fred is so smooth with his conversation. Channing care and don't care and Ryan is the one that keeps everything running smooth

You have to think like that so your content is never watered down as if you’re trying to meet a certain group where they are. You guys are bringing great content and I can tell you properly prepare in order to bring quality to the brand.
I’m glad they continued on and vetted on themselves; this is what life is about take a chance on yourself shows how strong you are.

Bmarsh was the owner amd the others were just workers (unknowingly). In order for them to be owners...they made their own show. So...theyre doing whats best for themselves at the end of the day
Time does heal done wounds but Channing energy makes it seem like it's not happening. That podcast I believe was a spinoff of everything else Brandon got going on. So I'm sure it was probably don't miscommunication in there somewhere. It reminds me on the jbp situation.
Whether they make a crossover episode or not I do hope they hash things out because life is too short.... but a crossover episode would be super fire lol

The Pivot podcast has really grown on me. At first I wouldn't watch it or I Am Athlete because I hated the split but now The Pivot is my podcast of choice of the two.
The reality check that Channing gave Cam Newton about not being a top 32 QB was priceless.

Great interview , happy to see them on majaor platforms🔥🔥🔥. That "I am athlete" podcast was legendary when they was on there. Basically seem like Brandon ego got in the way and wanted to control everything while being disrespectful. I like how they "Pivot" lol and continued to move forward. I tune into "Pivot" way more, Brandon just be on some other shit, especially when he was doing weeks of them NASCAR episodes😭

You are both wrong. Fred andChanning was initially happy to get out of the house during the pandemic. They said it themselves. They were probably thinking I’m about to make some side money chopping it up like we normally do with the fellas. Brandon had the master plan all along and invested his own money in the “I am Athlete” company. Fred and Channing saw it blow up and expected more or that their friend would just break them off when it was just business. Brandon took all the risk and these guys were just the talent. It’s not normal for an owner to relinquish ownership to the talent. NFL owners aren’t handing out shares to players. Im sure the Kraft family didn’t offer Brady part ownership for the 6 chips and millions he made them for his part.
I like both shows and believe they have their own lane and it’s in large part to B Marshall. They just didn’t do the business side right and they admitted on several shows now.
I hope as black men they can squash it and make peace. You can’t ask a guy like Beasley to forgive and reach out to people for himself and the culture when they aren’t doing it and got a blessing from it.

Our community is so diverse that the Pivot is trying to be diverse to match us. Some topics are gonna hit and be millions of views. Some things might only get a couple hundred thousands but it does not mean you should not make the content. Keep being original, build your brand and have the conversations that we as black folks, all folks need to hear to learn and grow.
