Until Liverpool make an official announcement believe nothing the press say
Yea the dof is not even at the club till the end of the season lol
@@QTSweetFX true😅
They just saying to keep us on toe's
Finally, a sane person in the comments section 😂
Yeah I still think there is a chance, but when Romano/ Ornstein start being negative not always a good sign
A plane left Spain with Amerim on it. Liverpools HQ is in London. Talks with both Liverpool and West Ham are to be held. Read what Ornstein has said, that talks have taken place with Liverpool but he understands that Liverpool will not chose him. It's up to Liverpool, with West Ham a late runner for his signature. Im sure he would go to Liverpool over WH.
If that's true & LFC don't want him there had better be an amazingly good reason (other than FSG reverting back to type & being scrooges) because all the other candidates float between "No f-ing way" to "meh"
Why would Ornstein & Sky say he's not talking with Liverpool though? Not really excited about our other options.
The question is why will Liverpool not chose him?
There is no evidence they wont at all
Where are the inverted comma's? You appear to have quoted Ornstein, IE this is not a quote but just you paraphrasing at best
Michel of Gerona looks like he might be the one who plays the most entertaining football, and what he's achieved on a budget as well, it would make a lot of sense
If he is going to leave Sporting, and he has a choice between Liverpool and the Hammers, I don't think he will choose the Hammers. They are an historic team with passionate fans but he will want to step up a level. He would want to join a team who can challenge for the title. At Liverpool he will be given every opportunity to do that. Pep will be gone in a couple of seasons. Citeh might even be relegated. The chances of Liverpool winning the league greatly improve.
I think it's coming at the right time. Liverpool have looked a bit predictable the last couple of seasons. There are excellent kids knocking on the door and the club has money to spend.
I'm old enough to remember Shankly. We were devastated when he retired. But Paisley took us to another level. There is no reason Amorim can't as well.
Or maybe he wants the opposite? Liverpool wants to win everything there is out there, anything else is failure. Him coming from the Portuguese league that is basically a three horse race to the premier league which is the most competitive league in the world where there are 7 teams competing for the title, is probably a step top far too soon.
West Ham comes with less demands and he might have the time to learn the league and take the step after he feels settled in the premier
Bob Paisley was already part of the backroom staff before Shankly arrived - today's equivalent would have been Pep Lijnders to carry on Klopp's legacy - unfortunately thats not going to happen this time.
City has Money to not get relegated
@@disagiato9391 that's why they have 115 charges stacked up against them. If they are found guilty they will have points deducted. If they are found guilty of enough then the penalty will be relegation.
@@anibalrodriguez2626 he won't be expected to win everything at Liverpool. We are not Chelski. Managers are given time.
I can understand him not wanting to take too big a step but what if he's a failure at West Ham? At Liverpool the players are of a far higher quality and getting them playing in his style and formation is easier.
AT ONE STAGE IN JULY, SLOT WAS FAVOURITE FOR OUR JOB, BUT WE GOT ANGE WHO WAS ABOUT 5TH OR 6TH CHOICE, WE ALSO WANTED TUCHEL AND FRANK.
I had my heart set on Alonso and i am secretly still hoping for that to happen..you convinced me a couple of weeks ago that Amorim would be a great fit again still hoping...As for the rest i dont know who i would want but i know who i dont want...mourinho/tuchel/de zerbi...Cheers Alice
theres 8 names on that list that i cannot even understand, its actually painful to even hear some of them being perceived as a possibility......
That's what you said about a certain Klopp too when he was coach at Dortmund....
Funny you left names out of your point 😂
I don't think I can remember a time in the last 30 or so years where there have been so many vacant manager roles in various big clubs at the one time.
Bayern, Barca, Liverpool, potentially Utd/Chelsea/Ac Milan and Sporting/West Ham (not a big clubs, but not small either)
There are also a litany of well known coaches available in Mourinho, Conte, Sarri, Zidane, Flick, Potter, Low, Allardyce, Lopetegui, Lampard, Garcia, Villas-Boas, Marsch, Ripoll, Cooper and soon to be Amorim/Xavi/Moyes/Tuchel. Eric ten Hag and Pochettino could also join this list.
If Lampard is a Coach then I am Maradona
Cancelled my sky subscription. Back into the woodwork for me
Despite Tuchel's impressive achievements, people dismiss him quickly for no good reason. For that reason, I hope it's Tuchel...
How long before it goes wrong for Tuchel?EVERY club it becomes toxic very quickly and the common denominator is........
I do think someone left of field might become the surprise choice. We should know for certain in the next 7 weeks or so.
Amorim is coming to LFC, this is all smoke and Mirrors, LFC headquarters is in London.
Onkstink doesn't know fuck all about what is happening at LFC.
I hope you right 🥲
That's funny. Because 3 weeks ago Alonso was coming to LFC.
Onkstink is a complete tool
@@davidjacksmith7171said who?
@@LfC_Muffin_Man Do you think we're going to allow the best manager on the market go to west fucking ham.
All that is happening is a little chatter about power structure at the club, it will work it's self out, we have months to get it sorted, everyone needs to stop panicking.
Edwards always delivers.
Great video
Liverpool is so secretive until they themselves announce😂but I think it a good coach
Apparently we're talking to Fonseca from Lillie too
So just out of curiosity what’s the source of these lists ?
I want you to be the manager you no that much about football its crazy i really love watching this channel so keep up the good work LFC forever YNWA
so well spoken
I would say it depends on how the talks with Xabi Alonso went, if he said "I´ll come when I´m done here" maybe we should go for a more short term solution. That would also lessen the stigma of being Klopps replacement.
As that solution I really could se Tuchel doing a great job as someone going in and having an instant impact.
Personally I would hold Amorim as my top pick at the moment, but Frank is a interresting shout I must say.
How about Unai Emery? An experienced manager and won a few trophies. He is ex-PSG, Arsenal and took an average Villa to the CL.
At the moment, it felt like stop gap option while waiting for Alonso to have his release clause activated
Liverpool's offices are in London.. ;-)
I want Thomas Frank.. the job he's done to get Brentford up & steady them has been fantastic, not to mention the 'money ball' management style at Brentford is very similar to Liverpool's setup. I'm sure Michael Edward's will make a great choice, and we'll all back the new manager. Up the reds!
Edwards is the problem
Well said matey. I don’t know what the guy is talking about saying Edward’s is the problem. What a clown.
@@HousewerkRecords You'll see who the clown is. Edwards and Klopp hate each other, the players don't like Edwards either. We lose one of our greatest ever managers and the only half decent ones out there rightly are swerving us.
Totally agree, brilliant manager and same personality type as Klopp, not all ego and I'm the boss attitude but Edwards has a huge ego so expect a disaster appointment to last about half the season
@@nonnayoubuzinnes1669 Are you an Anfield insider then lad? or is this simply your opinion that you have confused with fact? because I have never read this in the press
I hope we dont end up with Sam Alladyce! ..i think we should give Alice the chance to manage Liverpool! 🙃
wtf is Alice, Couldn't help myself....
I'm a Lifelong LFC fan, but I must say, I find ethically unsettling and not fair for the team these candidates are managing. Also, isn't this 'tapping up'. Plus, they'll either deny or decline in public. We should keep our options open and try and find the person with the Vision that will fit us.
I have read that Slot means to sign a replacement for Nunez, i would hope that was someone like Newcastle forward Isak.
There's a young blonde haired Dutch international at Feyenoord who is a central defensive midfielder, i gather he's an early target.
The Georgian international midfielder at Napoli dubbed the modern day answer to Georgi Kinkladze, Kvaratskhelia ia also on the Slot list.
As is centre back to replace the departing Matip.
Kelleher and Adrian are expected to leave.
James Trafford from Burnley is one keeper being looked at, they will probably also sign another experienced goalkeeper as well.
Who is available this summer?
Tuchel, Flick, Zidane, Conte, Mourinho, Benitez, Potter, Joachim Low, Lopetegui, Lucien Favre
All the others need to be enticed and negotiated with their current clubs - highly unlikely.
not one name in either of those categories should be next Liverpool manager... especially jose fucking MOANinho
Completely agree. Tuchel just as bad.
Klopp literally moans more than him
I wish it could be the likes of Zidan or Carlo Ancelotti. But isntead wild card. I find it amazing wirh the choices
Hes talking to lfc too in london
Give it to Zinedine Zidane a proven winner, the Spanish La Liga and The Champions League with Real Madrid.
Liverpool don't miss out much. Ok 2 DCM to Chelsea but they ended up over paying but amorin if Liverpool want him we'd get him. If not then Liverpool heard something in the meeting with representatives for amorin that they didn't like or he was wanting to much control and wouldn't fit our system without causing trouble
Alice...its quite understandable Amorim prefers to join West Ham. Although he is still considered young at only 39 year old, he may not necessary have enough experience to handle such a big club like Liverpool. Likewise Ten Hag...he doesnt possess the ego and experience to handle Manchester United. Thats why Amorim decides to join West Ham as the pressure is probably about equivalent to Sporting Lisbon. Amorim looks like a manager for the big clubs in the future.
Hi Alice . Xavi v Pep is an interesting prospect
who will be wil be.....the future one is for us to see...
Gareth Southgate seems to be getting linked with Manchester United quite a lot in recent months, so I don't really know how much truth there is to be had in that story.
Its also being widely speculated that GS will move on from the England national team job, after the end of Euro 2024 in Germany this summer.
Potter or Howe i imagine being the favourite to succeed him at the FA.
Amerim may prefer West Ham because 1) it still gets him coaching in the EPL, 2) likely comes with an increase in compensation and, most importantly, 3) lower expectations.
Can't be Mourinho, we don't play the 'Park the bus' style.
Motta or slot would be my 2 I want. After that I’d take O’Neil, but I think it’s probably too big of a step up for him.
But even right now you say slot is now favourite. He's not. He's close but all bookies still have amorin fav
I’ll cry if it’s Mourinho 😱🥲
zero chance of that
He was at the game
Nah i'd prefer Mourinho over Tuchel or De Zerbi. He knows how to win titles and is experienced.
Perhaps Liverpool used him as some kind of smokescreen.
@@michaelsoetendal7669 he has a house 4 miles away from Craven Cottage and is out of work, easily could just there to watch a game of football
Thomas Frank & De Zerbi hrmm🤔🤔 yes EPL's experience but I don't think both the one Liverpool should considered even though I like Brighton's game play🔴🔴
Deals aren't done until someone signs on the dotted line, until then it's just speculation. I suggested Unai Emery but no-one else seems too keen.
I would love Emery! He's a genius, very underrated. I also have a good feeling about Amorim. None of the others suggested take my fancy at all :/
@@CheerfulPhoenix Unfortunately he's just committed himself to Villa.
Moyes going to united ?
In general Dutch managers dont do well in the EPL.
Don’t fancy Tuchel or Mourinho.
Not either of them in a million years.
What did I wake up top 😭
It's over 😔😢
Slot will be a massive mistake for Liverpool, united and Ten Hag are the benchmark at how Dutch managers perform in the premier league. The big worry is the best managers are all settled and who wants to follow a manager like klopp !
#1. West Ham did NOT pay for the private jet to London. If they had done so, Amorim and his agent would not have been allowed to also hold talks with Liverpool, PLUS Amorim & his agent have confirmed that West Ham did not pay for the jet.
#2. Tuchek is in talks with Man United.
I think she forgets how big a club Liverpool are 😂 if Liverpool don’t make the deal with a manager it will be because they don’t want him not because the manager wants to snub them, you seem to be stuck in a Man Utd mind set on this one 😂😂
❤
Emma Hayes
Still saying Alonso
Delusion
Choosing West Ham instead of Liverpool is like choosing a 6/10 girl with missing fingers instead of Ella Purnell.
It woudnt suprise me if its going to be Tuchel.
Guess I stand corrected
Give it to ljinders.Apart from klopp,no one knows liverpool than him.If we dont get Amorim.
I would like Inzaghi ball at Anfield.
Thank you, thats my thoughts too. Because he doesnt let in many Goals 👍👍
Would be mad
The problem with Tuchel is that he always loses the dressing room at some point.
Please dont tell me you think Mourinho is better than any name previously mention, I'd prefer Postman Pat than Mourinho, by the way, LFC's offices in the UK are London, not liverpool
@nortonkelly
I don't like the idea of Postman Pat. He's a park-the-van merchant like Moanrinho. But if Becker and Kelleher were both leaving this summer, having the Cat with him mightn't be the worst.
YNWA
He is not flying out for just any talks he's meeting to sign a pre contract.... I can 100% guarantee you it's Liverpool... He would send his agent if it was just pre talks, think for yourselves ffs... It's a bit obvious he's signing a deal in person
Mourinho has always wanted to be LFC manager, but we bypassed him in the past. Edwards has gotten full control so it is all up to him.
Bring in Klinsmann!
No tuchel please
Still think Amorim will be the next Liverpool manager, think Slot is a bluff considering the Rumours about Amorim’s demands this could be a way to get Amorim to lower his demands
You can take Slot of that list, he's either going to Barcelona or Bayern.
The way thomas frank set up his team might fit liverpool, very attack minded manager
Yeah i would still
The Truth is Klopp is leaving huge shoes to fill at Liverpool that can either have a good or negative effect if coache does well or doesn't do well that's what most coaches fear.
West Ham academy is one of the best in England. They’ve switched to playing 3-4-3 on all levels this year. Same as RA.
Hopefully not De Zerbi. I don't like the way he called out the board in the press. Frank seems to be a an achiever and deserves a shot at a big club, why not Liverpool. Klopp has sometimes failed to get the most out the talent at his disposal - whereas Frank has got a lot out of much less. Apparently Fonseca is in the mix - but he only stays 1 or 2 years at clubs, so no good for the reds
Tuckel as it is. Is the manager you get it you want a solid top 4 and nothing else.
Quite frankly I never really rated Amorim and if its true that the wannabe has been ruled out then I am glad because I never really thought he was Liverpool calibre.
I would much rather have someone like Arne Slot, Jose Mourinho or Unai Emery.
Imagine it’s mourinho 🤯
Amorim has zero ambition if he joins West Ham 😂😂😂
Maybe it’s ETH ….or Southgate!!!!!
Three months after Klopp's announcement, LFC has still not managed to hire a coach. Isn't that too slow?
1:44 it has been announced the jet wasnt from west ham and in what universe have we not got Amorim he has made no announcement what so ever and you kniw what, journalists can be wrong liverpool often are quite about there transfers and i asume that will be the same for a manager, there is no way that west ham on paper is a better jon than liverpool they arent even in europe. Amorim to liverpool is still 100% on the table and just because Orstien said it is unlikely doesnt mean it womt happen
I do not want any you have mentioned
Slot is a West Ham man. He'll follow Amorim as our next manager @ the Irons.
Endo wasnt half the price of Caceido.
If they bring tuchel or Mourinho it will be Edward out from day one , zero creativity no braveness there
Did you know mourihno was at the match yesterday
He's a clever man he wants his dream job at Liverpool so thought he would show his face
I believe nothing until it is official.
I have supported LFC for more than 70 years. When someone says he wants to leave an organisation, you walk him out of the door before he can do damage to you. This is where LFC failed. The moment, in November, Klopp said he had had enough, he should have been bundled out of the Shankley Gates with a ticket back to Germany. There would have been time to reorganise, Now, we see he has totally given up and we will not win the league.
Remember Timo Werner saga too? Look what happened to him
I'm sorry, I don't want any manager from PL, former or current. There isn't any that I can think of that are up to Liverpool
I like Frank. Similar style of play and comes over as a genuine bloke. No idea about Slot. Don’t fancy the rest. Especially not Tuchel.
Amorim probably afraid of taking the LFC job due to the tremendous pressure & expectations of a big club. 🤣
As a Liverpool fan,I don't care who gets the job ,for me the game is gone to shit it's not excited anymore, var, players play acting, it's all about money
I still think they or klopp should mot of announced his leaving. It's causing this circus now in trying to find a manager.
Amorim still 15/8 fav with the bookies
Not any more. 5/1 with sky bet, slot 4/6. Although the bookies are not always correct on managers or transfers.
Amorin may be trying to get a bigger package and term from lfc
Maybe it’s Goldbridge????
I am all for Thomas Tuchel.. best fit to fine tune the team
Complete failure at bayern. No thanks
@@svlagonda7417you,re so right I forgot that Bayern lost to Arsenal and got kicked out of champions league
You need to start worrying about your own teams next manager instead of always jumping on the Liverpool gravy train
Thiago Motta is an interesting choice imo
Unfortunately in true Manc style you've jumped the Gun, Amorim is here in London to speak to Liverpool
He's not bookie's favourite. Stop creating stuff about Liverpool. He's 2nd favourite
Moyes for England?
