We got Jiren who wasn't moved at *all* by anybody but Goku (and Vegeta when he used Final Flash at max power), we got Roshi who proved that even if he's old, he can still smoke that pack. But Goku? He became weave nation president, point blanked Kefla with a kamehameha after using that same chargeup to dodge, reached MUI against Jiren simply because he was pushed to his upper limit thanks to that Zenkai boost.
