Buy a can of abalone US6 (10 pcs small abalone), Put on Yr porridge. Save a lot lol.

Question: Eating a lot of Seafood the way you do, when you go to the Doctor for your checkup, do you ask for them to check your Mercury Levels??? You should, just to be Safe...

Not really, abalone is a very expensive ingredient. If you go to a fancy restaurant and order it. expect to be pay quite serious dollar.
