Whenever I import animation, it says it is 3.33 seconds long, but when I counted it is 7 seconds long. Not only that, once I upload the animation to roblox and check the keyframesequence, there is only 1 keyframe for the head

Probably the plugin installation wasn't done properly. Try re-installing it and make sure you copied the entire script and pasted it into the txt file. Then redo the installation

Ok cool! idk why your rig just magically moves each part when you move the torso, or why in your Blender Pressing R does something else than in mine, but sure. Good tutorial..
im so confused, i opened the r6 blend file and the rig is all pink, i also tried importing the texture on it too, and when i tried animating it ONLY moved/rotated/any other option the body part i selected. so for example if i try to rotate the torso it wont rotate any body part and the edit pivot is weird too.
