Yes, you can.
What exactly is systemic multi-enzyme therapy and are these enzymes part of that therapy?
Taken orally, systemic enzymes go to work in the body to help break down the fibrin that causes the scarring in your lungs, and may help you to breathe more easily. In some parts of the world, doctors have prescribed systemic enzyme therapy to treat fibrosis for more than 50 years. pulmonaryfibrosisnow.org/learn/systemic-enzymes/#:~:text=Taken%20orally%2C%20systemic%20enzymes%20go,for%20more%20than%2050%20years.
Hello, is it possible to take all such enzymes serrapeptase, bromelain in one dose with a complex of minerals (zinc, selenium, manganese, magnesium) and together with a complex of B vitamins?
what does the video say?
@@thejdocrealminute4648 With all due respect, doctor, I did not find such information in your video.
For cardiovascular health why bother taking Serrapeptase or Nattokinase when Lumbrokinase is so much more effective? Or is Lumbrokinase not as good in some aspects?
I agree with you. However, they all are used for different 'conditions'. Lumbr -- is more expensive.
@@thejdocrealminute4648 Which is best for the condition of arterial plaque regression?
The problem with nattokinase is all of the capsules for sale on all markets have the K2 removed..literally cannot find a version with K2 not removed. So I take K2/D3/nattokinase all at the same time but not sure it's as effective as original natto (the slimy stuff). Natto seems to help a bit..trying bolouke next but its very expensive.
Do lumbrokinase contain anti inflammation properties?
Which would you recommend for severe liver fibrosis? Serrapeptase or Lumbrokinase, or both?
Both and watch my video on TUDCA.
Thanks so much
Which one(s) would be okay to use for someone who has a Histamine intolerance?
Serrapeptase (SP) inhibits release of histamine & thus it's plausible that SP may improve MCAS symptoms. Furthermore, co-administration of SP with nattokinase may improve tolerability & efficacy. twitter.com/organichemusic/status/1597760206775390208

You're a legend man. Thank you so much
Happy to help
Could this help with scar tissue that results in urethral stricture?
Would it be safe (generally speaking) to take natto serra and lumbro together for long covid microclots? Or should they be alternated on different days, etc.?
I would recommend taking them daily.
Hi Angelle, I was wondering if you tried and what help...I have the same problem and trying to find information.
Regards Andrei
Have been taking Nattokinass and Serrapeptase together (twice a day) without any problem. It does wonder to my cysts.
@@kiki-hn4bq Thanks for sharing. What is the strength or dosage, please?
I have a pe and clot in leg which one would be best . Can I stop the eliquest
Thank you! How far away from eating do they need to be taken?
45 minutes.
Thank you.
Oh my gosh I just got out of the hospital like three weeks ago I had a stroke I got serrapeptase and Natt but I have never heard of that last one maybe I should get that one I need to be taken this every day it sounds like to prevent another stroke
Thank you for the time and effort you put forth in bringing us this great information!
I currently eat Natto somewhat regularly and I would like to introduce two of the enzymes you discussed into my diet.
Will the vitamin K2 in the natto counteract the benefits of the serrapeptase or the lumbrokanese?
Apologies f you have already addressed this in the comments.
Thanks.
No, it won't. taken on an empty stomach --- two different mechanisms.
A vid I watched just before this one added that lumbrokinase can't be combined w other enzymes since they'll break it down / render it useless
Is serrapeptase safe for children? If so, what does
I would give anything to take serrapeptase but even on the lowest dose after 2 weeks I vomited and had diarrhea and I stopped taking it and was fine. I restarted it and it happened again vomiting and diarrhea for 8 hours. In the two weeks I was taking it my chronic sinusitis was clearing up remarkably and I was feeling so much better. If anyone has a way of taking it without the side effect I would be elated to hear it. This was such great info
Try a different brand. Also, try Nattokinase and/or Lumbrokinase. Watch my videos on those products.
Would any of these three help to alleviate vericose veins?
Nope. Different mechanism.
My dog 70 pounds has lyme can he take this?
Ive got a blockage in the back that causes my blood to be cut off from my legs and butt. What would you recommend for me. Ive been dealing with this for many years now . At least 20 plus years and doctors don't give me much hope other than surgery. And they see the blockage with special x rays ( MRI or something similar ) and told me about it
The dosage that I put on the screen.
Great information! Thank you so much!
You are so welcome!
Can be used for cirrhosis , and which one plis
Sure ---- according to research ---> Serrapeptase. Don't forget TUDCA --- watch my video.

Sure --- It can...
I have jaundice and petechiae. what do you recommend
You need to watch my videos on 'Liver health'. And Dim with Calcium.
You should mention that serrapeptase is also a blood thinner. For those of us already on thinners it could be dangerous. 5:12
Noted --- in the notes. Thank you for the mention.

Hello! I take these for Lyme...but now I had a small surgery .... should I stop any of these for a while? Probably Serra would be ok, but natto and lumbro could interfere with normal healing? (my "normal" surgeon doesnt' know about these enzymes)
I would recommend stopping for a while.
@@thejdocrealminute4648 thank you!
I am currently taking nattokinase and serrpatase together on an empty stomach. Would it be ok to take all three together?
Yes--- it would be fine. Or take them each one day -- Monday/Serra --Tuesday/Natto --etc
can taking higher doses of both serrapeptase and nattokinase help with Peyronie's disease? Does anyone have any info on this? Grateful.
is this good for cats and dogs?
Can you take all three at the same time? And how many times per day on the three
You can take all of them at once...........instead how about ---- taking each separately each day?
Does it matter if tablets/capsules are enteric coated?
I would prefer capsules to tablets.

Did you read the notes under the videos?
Hello and thank you, in what applications Lumbrokinase is 300 or 30 times better than the others? I am suffering or herniated disc, and I started with serrapeptase, is it relevant? or should I chose an other enzyme? thanks a lot, I appreciate the video!
You need to see a specialist for your back.

@@arnaudfremiot1912 what did they recommend?
@@thejdocrealminute4648 sorry, I misunderstood. I saw a "classic" doctor which prescript naproxen and physical therapist. Nothing about enzymes
He can't recommend it for an ailment. But if you read about these supplements, they can possibly help with inflammation, pain and scar tissues. So I am going to try them for the same condition you have. I have read about other people who have benefitted from these supplements who have the same problem you and I have.
