It rips your heart out to hear an animal cry like that. I'm glad you have her. She's in good hands now.
I know , I’ve seen many pets now who’s owners have passed away and they’re being abandoned. Heartbreaking. People need to adopt older pets.
I cry every night what about me son
The beginning of these videos are so heartbreaking that it's gotten to a point now where I fast forward to the happy part.
Me to,it actually hurts
Love „Hope for paws“ 💖💖💖Guys thanks for everything !!!
Her crying out of fear was painful to hear. Being/feeling desperate and all alone is just terrible, thank you for helping her, and loving her

i'm sitting here with tears in my eyes. poor baby.
The resilience of a dog’s spirit through abuse, starvation, injury, sickness, and the PTSD they develop is truly remarkable. After all the crap they go through, they never lose their core nature and they bounce back so quickly from adversity. It hurt to see her crying out of fear and trauma, but, just as I expected, her true soul persevered through it all. Long live _Canis_ _familiaris_
🥺
May we all learn from the resiliency of dogs.
Well, you know, I think it is a kind of adaptation dogs developed during thousands of years of evolution alongside humans. Apparently some humans always treated dogs badly, yet there always were other humans that were good for them, so from dogs' evolutionary succes point of view it was worth to somehow survive the bad times and show affection to those humans then eventually were nice to them.
Some time ago I adopted an abandoned dog I met on the street, and the more I analyse his behavior the more I find he instinctively tries to buy my love (and he's damn good in it ;) despite the fact other humans abandoned him cruelly.
@@jarosawkucypera2218 , dogs really are such special creatures, aren't they?

Monsters had hurt her, that's why she was that scared and cried like that. God only knows what she was put through. There is a special place in hell 👹 for those who hurt the most innocent. Monsters walk among us.
Thanks God for the great people who saved this fur angel! 🙏 😇🐶 She's adorable and so so smart! 🐶😇
For a dog to be this upset, it has been through way more than we could imagine. Dogs are so forgiving, this was brutal to watch. Thanks for saving this pup.
Sheppies love their people and vocalize lots of emotions. This poor girl is just scared and lonely. She just needs love and shelter

I had to watch with the sound off, couldn't bear to hear the sweet girl cry, it's dreadful how some people treat animals. These rescuers are absolute angels ❤
I had a foster JUST like that. She was out on the streets for over three years, an old girl, heart worm positive, emaciated, broken tail, sores, flys eating her ears, and would scream if you touched her hind end. We were able to catch her on Christmas Day…. Three years ago! The moment we got her here she attracted to me like Velcro! I got her healthy, cleaned up, after months of heart worm treatment she would not go with anyone else. Til this day she is right here by my side as I’m writing this. 🥰 Named her Gracie.
That sounds graceous. They know so much more than we could only imagine. Well done Gracie !
Gracie’s found her true home now! 🥰
Thank you so much for saving her and sharing your life with her. Bless you.
Had one like that. Named her "Velcro".
Beautiful story! Im so glad Gracie is at her loving forever home 🥰 and it all has to do with kind hearted people like you thank you ❤
Baby girl is being taken care of and loved now. Hopefully she won’t ever have to cry again
I wish I could NEVER see dogs in that state! Bless them so many abandoned and mistreated...so unfair! Thank God there are people who love animals and try their best to save as many as possible, without these ANGELS the situation would be much worse! Bless them!

A video like this every day and i'm looking at the world just a bit more positive....
Well stated
Me too! I watch these videos to remind myself that there are good people
Yeahh!! ❤️
Videos like this make me sad because all I can think about is the millions of strays who don't get rescued.
amen.. I most enthusiastically agree. Focusing only on the evil and soul robbing aspects of this life will drain us, But focusing upon the beauty and kindness that we find, gives us Life, Hope and inner courage to make a positive difference for others, ourselves 🌄 🙂
The world needs more kindness. I can't think of anything better than helping, like these folks are doing.
I can not physically or financially manage a dog properly. I'm sad that I cannot rescue adopt one - or three. So what I do is give a little bit of money each month to RSPCA. They rescue animals, advocate for changes in law to protect them. And of course shelter strays and so on. Maybe you could do something similar.
I wish to be financially free one day to be able to do things like this
@@wombat.6652 Thank you for doing what you can! ❤️

Her cries remind me of someone having an awful mental breakdown, this hurt so much to watch. I'm glad that she was rescued. It's so nice to see people actually caring for animals, instead of some people hurting them or making them traumatized. Thank you for doing your best to rescue her
Thank you
There is no sound worse than a crying animal. She is so happy and healthy now. Astonishing what love, nutrition and safety can do
Yeah pretty sure human screams of distress are worse
Or a human baby

Seeing how animals that have suffered like her are still prepared to trust is always a miracle to me.
The German shepherd is one of the most affectionate, loyal dogs there is as I had one years ago and "Shep" was the best. Every night when I'd come home (3-4am) worked nights l'd walk in, he'd come out and greet me, ears pinned back tail wagging gently to say hi and give me a little kiss, he woke up to greet me his nose was dry as he was sleeping. After a minute he'd go back to sleep. He was a great dog and I miss him.
Your right about the German shepherds they are very loyal and loving I have three of them I wouldn't have any other breed I had a stroke just over a year ago since I got out of hospital they won't leave my side they mean the world to me and they want for nothing,,
I had a German shepherd when I was young. She died when I was 15, and I grieved over her for a very long time. I still think of her.

You are a great person too🙏🏼💞💞
Resting her muzzle on the edge of the sink while she gets a bath... the look of relief is so evident. Sweet girl.

Heartbreaking to see her so scared but she doesn’t know it yet that she’s in great hands. Such a good girl. 💕
So heart-warming
She was really smart. She seemed to know early on that she could trust these kind people. And to see her running like a carefree child is a beautiful thing.
Getting offered and accepting food seems to almost always be the first step. And I agree that it's always good to see a happy end.

Dog's eyes man. It's one of the most beautiful things ever. The way she was looking at you when she was getting bathed. Such a sweet look in her eyes... just beautiful. Thank you for doing this.
Jash Croft - The eyes tell you EXACTLY how they are feeling. I've never seen anything like it (pun intended).
Seriously.....Not even my own kids express that much through their eyes.
It's pure gratitude and that is the saddest thing. All I see is emotional pain and it hurts me. 💔
German Shepherds have very expressive eyes. It's something I love about them.
You folks are angles, good hearted and I'm thankful you are doing such wonderful work.

When you see animals acting like this dog, you just imagine what was done to her to cause this distress. So sad. Thank you for rescuing her~!
Some animals are born nervous but I will admit that's rare. As a general rule there aee humans involved.
they didn't give a vet report. Probably just cold/wet/hungry/abandoned/lost. seeing as in her new home she seems fine.
That poor pooch definitely was abandoned by someone and she was so scared probably wondering why she's now by herself out on the street with no home or food. Bless that couple for saving her.
They're Eldad & Loretta from Hope For Paws
感谢善良的人们救助这支小狗,希望她未来一切都好。
The happiest time is when an animal realizes they don't have to be afraid and you see the trust and contentment in their faces. There's nothing better. 😻
It might have been easier using a well-socialized dog to show the shepherd a bit of a pack to join. I'm not a dog handler, but it just seems to make sense that a well-socialized dog could get the "it's OK" message across to another dog. I think dogs feel more comfortable in a pack.
It’s so sad to hear this kind of thing from domestic animals especially. Being strayed is awful.
She was severely traumatized by being abandoned. You can tell she always had a good personality.
Proverbs 12:10 says that the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel, but a righteous man regards the life of his animal. Only the righteous will win out in the long run. So happy the dog is doing well now.
She may also have been abused
@@ibamuad That's very possible. Several years back, my then girlfriend and I saw a dog tied to a lamp post near a Home Depot that we were exiting. The dog seemed to be in the same emotional state as the one in the video. When I approached the dog, he viciously snapped at me and growled, but he was very friendly with my girlfriend who petted him. It was possible that some guy (or guys) had mistreated the poor animal.
@@ibamuad Возможно. В детском возрасте. Или харасменту при приеме на работу.

She is clearly an older dog that someone abandoned because of her age since she is so friendly and trusting at the end of the video!
Maybe her owned died? She looks so trusting and kind it feels like she had an old owner who may have died and no one wanted to take her...
@@miorioff Yea sadly that happens. Charities are the only ones to help animals in that situation. You just have to hope if pets are present the authorities call the charities to help.
OK. I am crying! Thank you for saving her! She is worth all the effort!!
Can't even imagine the abuse that poor animal must have gone through to be so frightened & broken, thank you for rescuing her & finding her a safe & loving home.
I don't know if she was abused. She doesn't exhibit the behaviors you usually see in abused dogs, but maybe? My theory is that she was pretty well-loved at one point, but ended up abandoned and with no place to go was completely traumatized by it. Maybe her owner died and whoever was responsible for her after just dumped her somewhere? Awful either way. 😥 I'm glad she has a loving home now.
Edit: I guess abandonment is a type of abuse. I just thought you meant specifically physical. I agree she was definitely mistreated either way.
You can tell she just wanted affection and belonging, even stressed she let y’all pet her and showed signs of friendliness so quickly. It’s shocking to think how someone would let her go like that.
Yes. People are so mean and evil!
Yeah, some people just don’t care or think about what they’re doing, or don’t think animals feel much of anything!
I know it made my heart cry to see her crying after being abandoned by her owners she’d loves so much. I’m glad to see she is now in good hands in a happy home.
She could've been lost, or her owner passed away... she definitely didn't look like she came from a traumatic household

i'm actually worried that she may have lost her babies or something like that, she was very uneasy and didnt want to leave that area which makes me think that she may have had puppies hidden or trapped somewhere in that area, like in the sewer or flood canals, too weak to yelp to their mother's cries of distress.

I love that she likes to use her paws, thats very cute. Animal personalities are so funny
It is cute. My Belgian Malinois has that trait. The funny thing, the shelter I adopted her from mis-identified her as a German Shepherd. The Malinois uses their paws to manipulate toys and talk to their owners. Every day when mine wants something or other she will lay her paw on my hand, and she does it with both. She uses them like we use ours, only a little less tactile. I’m sure it’s an older Malinois in this video that the owner had abandoned. I’m glad they rescued her.

We rescued a German Shepherd a couple years ago who cried for days when we got her. She was being moved from home to home and even adopted and returned. So she had 5 homes before we finally had the dog of our dreams. Our entire family is in love with Sophie and she knows now that she's here to stay. It's really made a difference in her confidence which is a huge thing with GS dogs. She loves it when I make her scrambled eggs or a cheese omlett, lol. I love my baby girl!
Bless you for preserving with your sweet Sophie.
GS dogs are really some of the absolute best in the world, in my experience.
My sister had 2, unfortunately one of them passed a couple of years ago because of cancer. They tried to operate to remove the tumour, but once they opened him up, they could see that he was just full of tumours everywhere. It was heartbreaking. They had no choice but to put him down as soon as they saw all of the tumours, because he would have been in so much more pain than he was showing.
Even though he wasn't my dog, he followed me everywhere. Other than my brother in law, he picked me to be with any time my B.i.l. wasn't around.
I loved him like he was mine, I still do. It still breaks my heart to not have him around any more.
They still have the female GS and they now have a little terrier! Who is very cute, but too noisy for my liking! They also have a very new male puppy GS, who is still with his mother as he is only 2 or 3 weeks old! But another 5 or 6 weeks and he will be joining their family, and I can't wait to meet him!
Love your GS with everything that you have. They deserve everything, with all the love, attention and protection and loyalty that they give their humans.
@@leannepaxton5012 GS are simply put, AMAZING. I'm truly sorry you are suffering the loss of your family's beloved GS. 💔 I just can't imagine going thru that pain or to experience such a huge loss. @Zucchini Tzatziki I understand what you're saying but not all "religious" people agree on everything. I am a believer in Christ and I KNOW animals (just like us) are souls. Dogs have human emotions..how could that be if no soul was present? If someone is claiming dogs/animals have no soul, it isn't because they believe in God, it's because they have no brain.
Leave the dog alone. It has owners. Thus is theft
I can't imagine how heartbroken a dog or cat must feel to be abandoned, or how hopeless the situation must seem to one who thinks that no one in the world loves them. Dogs love unconditionally. All they ask in return is for someone to love them and show them kindness. Abandoning or abusing a dog or cat--or any animal--is one of the cruelest things in the world, in my opinion.
In this video, as soon as she (the German Shepherd) saw that you were trying to help her, she resigned herself to your care. It was so beautiful to see the change in her, once she knew that there was someone in the world who loves her--someone in the world whom she could love and who would accept and appreciate the love she has to give.
Thank you for rescuing her, and thank you for sharing this video. It's encouraging to know that there are still people in the world who are compassionate and kind.
Videos like this are the only reason I believe there is still hope and love in the world we live in today.
Thank you for checking up on her. Also, saving her but checking up on her is just as important.
Hello 👋
It pierces your soul hearing that cry. Even just from the cold when my dog gives a slight whimper it breaks my heart.
Glad she is doing better
