WHY Do I Turn RIGHT When I Brake?!

We've got a problem this week! Every time I hit the brakes in my 1965 Ford Falcon my wheel cuts to the right HARD! It's such a big problem, that I haven't been able to drive Carl around for weeks. I hope we get it sorted out!
