Thank you for this workout. I broke my collarbone and my hands got kinda dusty. I can't do anything else except stickhandling and this is really helping me 👍🏻
I have my first female hockey lesson on Wednesday. Been watching your videos for a month, and practicing everything at home for at least 30 mins everyday. Thank you so much for the awesome programs and videos. I loved the off season and during the season training guides, they have helped to improve my endurance and beginner skills. Hopefully Im somewhat ready for Wednesday!
Thanks for the great video I was at the premiere and I have my tryouts today thanks for all the great things that helped me with my game appreciate it! 🏒🥅
Thank you. I am a AA 13P player and already have good handles but really want to take it to the next level. I think this will help. Should I practice every day or should I balance with other skills? (I have tiles so I can do anything basically)
All you can do is do your best! Preparation is key -- Following a hockey training program year round and working on your stickhandling/shooting at home every day is key.
Great work out!! Wondering if you could point me in the right direction or link to your hand/eye stick handing w/ tennis ball video. I originally received a email link, but can not find it. Great work out to develop soft hands and overall hand/eye coordinations. Thanks!!
What kind of dry land tiles are you using? And is that puck something other than vulcanized rubber? Asking because I am struggling with my recent tile investment with a regular puck, thing just goes end-over-end when I attempt stickhandling.
Just added feedback I assume someone watching this wants to improve stick handling but you gotta talk about their wrist and hand controls , along with body shift It’s more than just making random movements to control the puck direction . I wish more trainers would speak to those fundamentals then do stuff like this -- which is good for getting the motions but the last thing you want is to the guy that over stickhandles and loses the puck on every play or puts unnecessary pressure on himself because he dangling the puck like he’s going to get extra points on Xbox

Thanks! It's called Seconds

Nice! Let me know what you think
Also just wondering what types of workouts should I do to gain more speed and help my edge work on the ice and some to make my shot harder
Also I'm only 14
Sweet stuff!
I really want to play NCAA ice hockey when i go to college but i feel like i’m super behind in skill level, any advice on improving?

Agreed. Stick handling and working on your shot. Esp quick release shots everyday or as much as you can.
Would have been pretty rad if you played an excerpt from Daft Punk’s ‘Around The World’ while the demonstrating the first drill 🤣🤣🤣

What app do you use for the timer/voice talking?
Seconds Pro

I'm using a HockeyShot Dangle Puck (1.0 version that is discontinued). Green biscuit is a good option too.
If I'm in MD and I am doing this every day do you think it would make a big difference?
Do you suggest gloves?
For the best carryover, yeah. I find it doesn't make a huge difference, but for young kids I would say practice with gloves on.
Make more
Do you coat your tiles with anything?
I don't.... but I do use a Dangle Puck or Green Biscuit as they slide better than a puck
There awesome for my kids
Glad you enjoyed!
Pretty good just when you reach or get closet with stick to your body your lower hand has to move . Ofc with gloves on
nice Video :)
😅I like it❤
Would've loved some music along each part of the session
Is se God job 😊
