Nah, Saitama would just think hes a bad person. try and get to meet him like a normal person would (getting an appointment), fail comically by homelander refusing to see him (either by telling the front desk he isnt available or just telling him he would not see a random that just appeared in his company), Saitama would be pissed off and try to sneak in from the back, fail at it by being spotted, but he would be mistaken as some sort of "hero" thats there for a test for a spot in the seven, he would go with it to try and still sneak in, homelander would be notified about the "hero" thats there for the "test", he would be confused about it and go see WTF is going on... Once the 2 meet homelander would try and belittle Saitama, while Saitama ignores him while trying to give him a piece of his mind about how much of a bad person he is, homelander would lose his cool and then this video would happen.
I don't think he would. Saitama has shown willingness to let some pretty heinous people go. I mean Cosmic Garou literally killed EVERYBODY, and enraged Saitama still refused to actually kill him because he had promised Tareo that he wouldn't.
