Hallo....Das ist so ein schönes Haus.Aussen wie Innen. Ich habe aber trotzdem was zu bemängeln. Es können mehrere Personen hier wohnen.Ich wohne nicht in einem Land wo immer die Sonne scheint.Bei uns gibt es viel Regen und Schnee.Warum plant Ihr nicht einen Vorraum mit einer Garderobe ein.Garderobe im Wohnzimmer geht gar nicht.Wenn ich schon so ein großes und schönes Haus baue muss ich auch eine Garage haben.Sorry...ansonsten Top.
I've suggested that the entry be relocated so you don't enter directly into a living space. please read my comment.
This plan has potential. Suggestion: Rotate the house so that the entry is at the end of the labeled corridor next to the powder room. As you come in the new entry, on the left you can make a small coat closet or nook, the powder room and a relocated office. The present office should be the laundry because it's right next to the bedrooms and baths. I think this will solve more than one problem! The kitchen has a huge amount of floor space, almost room for a small table and chairs. And who is invited to the parties that can be held in the master bathroom? It's very large! But overall, I like many features in this house.

Another nice layout. I'd swap the laundry/small bath and put an entrance door to an attached garage. Do not like double main doors, but a beautiful prairie door could be added there instead.

I am not a fan of modular homes. Although it looks good, modular homes come with a set of problems I wouldn’t want to deal with as it ages. They are no where as sturdy as a normal home. This particular one is also too large for my needs. Not a fan of a brick facade.

I agree with you on some manufactured homes. But a properly-built modular can be every bit as sturdy as one constructed in place. They use the same dimension lumber and comply with all the codes.

@@teresal5553 It could be just siding, not real brick. Or perhaps the designer got distracted and clicked on the wrong choice, or should not have called it a modular.
@@Bobrogers99 I figured it was a brick facade but you bring up good points. This particular home was larger than I want to take care of. Modular home bring maintenance issues into the picture that a stick built home does not.
