This plan includes most of the necessary features of a functional home. The one thing I would miss here is a pantry. Pantries are good places for storing canned and dry foodstuffs and for seldom-used appliances. If they include counter space, they can be used for food prep or an out-of-the-way place for the crock pot to burble all afternoon. They can also include a separate closet for all your cleaning materials and equipment, though these can also be stored in the laundry room.

Прекрасный дом! Есть все, что нужно. И как всегда говорю, что в ваших работах сочетание американских, и главное европейских мотивов, делает ваши проекты незабываемые. Да, я бы обратилась к вам, за частичной переделкой. Мне кажется, что комнаты небольшие. И хотелось бы кухню сделать совсем закрытой. Чтобы гости не видели что там есть. Это как я считаю личное пространство. Гостям там нечего делать. Прекрасный дом. И отличное фойе. Оно просто необходимо всегда. Неважно в какой стране и каком климате живет человек. Спасибо!

For all the money invested in the carport, why not complete a garage and store lawn care equipment and a car? Foyer width is wasted space. Kitchen lacks adequate storage spaces. I would likely replace the breakfast table with a tall built in cabinet nixing the stone facade except on the LR side. Master Suite is fine. Other 2 bedrooms are fine as is their bathroom. Laundry area is fine. Truthfully, this home is fine, simple but without any real WOW factor. Very livable, an economical build, but not spectacular, straight out of the ‘70’s. It actually reminds me of a cookie cutter home you might see in a subdivision.

Love the basic idea of everything on one floor. But this house is too small for three bedrooms. Why are the closets taking up floor space? I thank the Gods that this place wouldn't com furnished. Nope.
