I really like this one ❤
Love this home. It blends well with nature. Wouldnt change anything.
Thank you so much!!!😄😄
Washer and dryer and a sunroom. Also 2 separate bathrooms. Very nice. Another favorite.
❤❤❤
This plan checks my boxes. The cabinet space in the kitchen is limited, though there is a closet next to the bathroom that could be for pantry use. I might also put cabinets over the buffet in the dining area. I like the screened porch, which could accommodate windowed panels for the winter.
Thank you!! 😊
Magnifique maison !!! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!!💚💚💚💚
I love everything about this house! I want it!
Thank you!! 😊
My favorite. Screenporch, outside doors with space for coats & boots, 2 bathrooms. Simple lines, no multiple pinions, textures.
Love that the laundry room is where the bedrooms are!
Love love love this house ❤❤❤
Thank you!! 😊
Здравствуйте планировка супер дизайнер супер потписалась сразу буду смотреть ваши дома всем удачи хорошего дня
Wow! I think this is my new fave! I'd have an overhang on the kitchen island so it could be used for eating or visiting with the cook.
That sunroom is TO DIE FOR!! The icing on the cake is a window in the master bedroom overlooking the sunroom.
I would "bump" the sunroom forward so that the porch meets the front porch which would give room for an office. This also needs a pantry as upper kitchen cabinets are limited. Also a garage is a necessity. Otherwise nice space.
WOW, I (almost 65) would love to live in that house together with my son (almost 30)!!! It's FAB!!!!! Not perfect, I would love a porch all around the house ;-) and sliding doors (haha, love sliding doors!!). But that is my opinion. So, it's near perfection for me ;-) Lots of love from old rebel-Pinkie
Everything looks awesome. The only thing I would do is to eliminate the porch from the entrance and replace it with a 2-car garage.
Nailed it! 10 !!!!
More cabinets in kitchen. And a garage.
But love it.
Beautiful ❤️
I love this house,,
Lovely. I would be comfortable here....but with some severe weather changes. As winters here can reach -40C, the french doors would need to become solid doors. If sun porch was winterized, I'd like a door from principal bedroom to porch as well. Someone earlier had a suggested room redesign.
Love the design with a couple changes. I would flip the master bedroom and the all weather room (closed in porch). Putting the master bath and closet to the front of house with entrance to bedroom through the hallway. There should be some space for a entrance to the back porch
This is a very tight design. I wouldn’t change a thing. A small question. Is the porch seasonal or year round? If year round I might move the single window that connects the porch to the master over to create an even larger picture window for the master bedroom. Top marks! Would definitely live here!
That's also a good idea. Thank you for your feedback.
TM Studio I absolutely love this floor plan and layout, It is me all day long😊! My personal preference would be for a little office space 8:20 and side by side washer/dryer in laundry space and room for small freezer space. TM Studio you have certainly become are one of my favorites!!!❤😊
Thank you! Yay, I am so happy to hear that!!
I too love this design. I do not care for the outside brown. Not my favorite color. If mine, I would go with light grey with dark grey trip siding. But excellent layout. Wish I had the land to build. Perfection
I love the brown! Reminds me of a cabana in the woods. Some greys are pretty but I'm totally bored with grey.
Beautiful! I still want a garage. I also need handicap grab bars for the bathrooms. I could live here.
amazing house
I love that front door has a proper entry with a closet like space. Can't stand homes that don't have at least a closet at the front door. And the dishwasher at crossing point. Dishes shouldn't left in the sink.
Preciosa ❤❤

Electrical.outlets would be nice.
Is there a website to view these homes or purchase them?
Beautiful Home love everything about it , do you do sight building( I meant build on peoples property )🍀
Thank you!! 😊
Does anyone else wonder why on earth do all these houses put the toilet paper roll behind the toilet
Cuz they're all 25 w/ no mobility issues & they're flexible & they don't think of the problems other people could have. Same reason for sll.those useless half-size bathtubs. Poor kids have never seen a real tub before...
Thank you. It bothers me too.
I've always wondered that too!
Never gave it a thought. Figured since this is only a floor plan, decisions about toilet paper holder placement was way down the line. I never thought of the placement as written in stone.
If I were building this house, I'd shift the toilet over and put the holder on the end of the vanity.
Because, IMO, these are all computer generated houses, not real houses. Not a single shower in any of them have a drain! Almost every walk in closet has only men's clothes, all the washer and dryers are either stacked (can't reach the controls on the top one) or put in a built in space (evidently top loading washers or the large washer/dryers won't fit in any of the laundry rooms). There tends to be a need to build a compartment for a specific size refrigerator/freezer, microwaves are generally put so high you need a step stool to reach, all of the pantrys can only accommodate a small freezer, and there seems to be an aversion to doors on cabinets. The floor plans on most are good, but way too much glass and too many doors going outside. I saw one that had 5 of 9 doors leading outside, on the back of the house! Serious safety issues there!
😍🥰👏👏👏
❤❤❤
What is that blank space at the bottom in a room?
👍👍👍❤️
Pretty odd that both bathroom sinks have no water faucets included. So they will need to have the plumbing fixed.
Nice ❤❤ what app/software you use to develop such thing
i use sketchup and enscape software
perfect except for the tub in bathroom. 86 tub, make it handicapped accessible!
😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Do not like where the kitchen is located. Wouldn't want that being the first thing you see when walking in the front door.
Stove is too close to the 'fridge sticking out. Your butt would hit the 'fridge when you opened the oven to get something out. Need more wiggle room than that. Same with the drawers next to the 'fridge. This needs rethinking.
Put in a real fireplace once & see what happens. Hopefully these houses are insulated. Not everybody lives in the tropics...
I think the house is great, a real work of artistic excellence. However, why is it that the homes this fellow shows never have heat, hot water, or AC? Never a basement?
I think that could be added per request. I would do the same thing.
