NO SOUND checking:
(1) Check if have moved the optical fiber (if any) correctly;
(2) Check if have connected the AUX/AMI cable correctly;
(3) Check the setting for "audio position" as mentioned in this video;
(4) Choose "AUX" before playing the music or video from android screen;
(5) If your phone connecting to Apple Carplay (or Android auto), it not allow to connect the OEM Bluetooth at the same time;

Hi, I bought the 12.3 android screen but when I was installing it. I broke the factory lvds cable. I have 2 pins stuck inside. It it possible to replace just the connector? Thank you

Hi there! Quick question: I have an android screen where unfortunately I left the Power Cable in my old car when I sold it. If I were to buy a power cable from a different vendor would it work on the screen? Or is that something that would have to be bought only from that specific vendor? The other problem is that the old vendor I bought it from is no longer available. Thanks for your help!
If that will be hard , since there are different manufacturers, different models , the cables is different, you can not use other manufacturers cable for your current model , it need come from the same supplier

i installed one of these displays today. i have to connect my phone to the original car system via bluetooth. Works fine like this. @@asifio
It sure connect the AUX or AMI connection, the optical fiber connection is send the sound from amplifier to head unit , thus , when the car have optical fiber cable, you need to move it to new power cable correctly, so that the optical cable can continue to work as before , but the sound of android screen, it work by AUX/ AMI cable, sure connect it .
I purchased one of this but i have completely different menu and can't do anything to make the car sound 😢
How mate I have not aux in my Mercedes can I use a usb to aux connector?
If it have AMI interface, also ok ; if that have USB only ( NTG 5.0/5.1 ), the sound works by USB , it have that model

My car cls have NTG5 new screen not installed yet, but if I don't use auxilary cable and the USB what will happen?

it need to check more details, such as : you using built-in carplay or external carplay dongle ? and when you are in carplay, play a song, have sound ? your phone also connected to OEM bluetooth? etc.. that need much more detailed info, only that it can know it.
t is the integrated carplay, it comes on the screen, my mobile is a Xiaomi 12t Pro, I have had this bad screen for 2 years, if you help me fix it, I will give you a bizum, play the song that comes with the sample screen.@@HifimaxOfficial

Check if your supplier offered you a small speaker but you didn’t install it ?
