It have a setting in factory settings, it allows you to choose it . You can choose controlled by head light. Also ok to remove the controls

1, check the video cable connection, 2, MCU software might be a reason, ask the seller to check your current software version. When mcu has problems, other functions might have problem as well, like backup camera or MMI knob .

if you install two or three maps, you can set it, go to setting menu, click navigation, then it allow you to choose it.

My current model seems to have a fake version of Android 12 installed...Literally says "Android 10 (fake 12)." Hardware appears to all be the same. Thanks in advance.
hi, thanks. The 665 model is different to our model, our model is real snapdragon 662, the hardware is different and software all not come from the same R&D team, it will not work.

As my experience, your car should contains PANASONIC radio head unit (NTG 5.0), this kind of unit is special, it need to install the DSP. DSP is a special kit , it have two versions, it depand on if your car with optical amplifier or not. with different price. You better contact your seller directly, it need to check very details. yes, then you just pair the bluetooth, and in your phone, set the carplay to "off" (not set to on) that is ok.

since a few days my phone isn’t connecting anymore with the Bluetooth so no music calls car play of any kind works now and don’t know how to fix it
but at Bluetooth it now says not activated i think there’s something wrong with that.
also in the android Bluetooth setting it shows nothing really weird and it worked before so something must be not right
you can make a reset for it, just make a reset for "Reset for wifi, mobile & bluetooth ", the first option, here is details:

In your android setting menu, did you choose "Android Bluetooth"? or you set to "OEM Bluetooth"?

Tengo un Mercedes clase a y al iniciar la marcha atrás no aparece en el menú android. Solo aparece en el menú ntg.
La cámara es la original que venía con el coche.
Transmisión manual y tipo de engranaje 2.

Está todo conectado, como aparece en el manual.
Lo que no está conectado es la cámara en el RCA de la pantalla.
No tiene RCA el audio 20 ntg 5.1.

When it installed to the car , it will show the speed ( when in original car menu ), the video I demo is in office, not in the car . That is why you don’t see it
