I'm planning to install this screen on my Mercedes W205 with NTG5.5 but I'm been hearing that if using Android Bluetooth the phone calls can only be heard from one speaker of the car and also the other person don't hear our voice very clear and crisp. So people have to go to settings and use the OEM bluetooth so that the device can use the car system for phone calls, but this settings makes that Android Auto mode works without sound. Can you please confirm? Thank you in advance

My installation person apparently did not install GPS antennae, even though he said it was under the dashboard. Long story short, do you know what type of replacement antennae I should order?

since a few days my phone isn’t connecting anymore with the Bluetooth so no music calls car play of any kind works now and don’t know how to fix it but at Bluetooth it now says not activated i think there’s something wrong with that. also in the android Bluetooth setting it shows nothing really weird and it worked before so something must be not right

1, check the video cable connection, 2, MCU software might be a reason, ask the seller to check your current software version. When mcu has problems, other functions might have problem as well, like backup camera or MMI knob .

My current model seems to have a fake version of Android 12 installed...Literally says "Android 10 (fake 12)." Hardware appears to all be the same. Thanks in advance.
hi, thanks. The 665 model is different to our model, our model is real snapdragon 662, the hardware is different and software all not come from the same R&D team, it will not work.
When it installed to the car , it will show the speed ( when in original car menu ), the video I demo is in office, not in the car . That is why you don’t see it

Si, está puesto cámara OEM. Está todo conectado, como aparece en el manual. Lo que no está conectado es la cámara en el RCA de la pantalla. No tiene RCA el audio 20 ntg 5.1.
As my experience, your car should contains PANASONIC radio head unit (NTG 5.0), this kind of unit is special, it need to install the DSP. DSP is a special kit , it have two versions, it depand on if your car with optical amplifier or not. with different price. You better contact your seller directly, it need to check very details. It have a setting in factory settings, it allows you to choose it . You can choose controlled by head light. Also ok to remove the controls

yes, then you just pair the bluetooth, and in your phone, set the carplay to "off" (not set to on) that is ok.
