Finally! I’ve been waiting what feels like years for my therapy video! Thanks 🙏
I've got an early ROG laptop as well, a 2008 Asus ROG G50VT-X5. In fact, it's still being used regular in my house! It's been upgraded with an SSD boot drive and a CPU swap awhile back (from midrange Core2Duo to a higher end Core2Duo). It's been a great laptop.
u have some amazing taste in music, keep it up man I love every single one of your restoration videos
Really enjoyed watching. Thanks for the content. Much love!
Very good work Andrew! Thanks for your good ideas!
It's so nice to hear the correct pronunciation for Asus. Very thorough repair of this laptop. It's an expensive laptop.
Agreed with the pronunciation! 🙌

Nice job
I have an old hp/compaq laptop that's a core2duo as well and I find out of all of my laptops, this one runs my games the best. Titan quest, tron 2.0
i'd love to see the old Qosmio laptops
Hi. Tip: for easy remove old "stone" termopaste use heat fan from soldering station - 30-60sec on 100 C. Also you can use aerosol "deagreser" or "fluxoff".
He pronounced damaged properly 😩💖
Very good choice of games
Video after a very long time 😍😍
now thats cool
For this new project we will need 5 liters of isopropyl alcohol xD u're so clever mate, good job!
bro you like a laptop doctor i wish i will get one 1 day
i have this laptop it still works
That's what we called, the real refurbished
Love you!
Good ol CMOS batteries 🥰
Sei il mio mito, ti voglio ministro della tecnologia
Great restoration. Try and see if you can find 2x 2GB DDR2 in future, to bump it to 4GB DDR2 - that would help with games. :) I really want to get a gaming laptop for Windows XP games at some point in the future - the only Windows XP laptop I currently have is a packard Bell with Core 2 Dup T5200, 2GB DDR2 (maxed out?) and whatever the integrated graphics are. Oh, and a 160GB IDE hard drive - yes, that thing still uses IDE.
I highly recommend A Dell Precision M6300. Core 2 Duo T7500, Nvidia Quadro FX 1600M, supports 8GB of DDR2.
Unless you run 64bit Windows XP, you unfortunately cannot use more than 3GB of RAM though.
Hi saw u again who areu
That laptop is old but still a Modern gaming laptop 👍
Sure buddy...
great work my friend! i love your videos specially the gaming laptops! can you please show us the bios of this laptop?
Good thing you pointed out that the max CPU supported is the T7600! The T7400, T9300, T9550 are actually for 3 completely different generations of laptops! T7400/T7600 is completely non-interchangable with the latter 2 as it's a totally different socket pinout, or else you blow up your motherboard! I hear far too many people make this mistake...
T9300, T9550 are 2 different generations and a laptop with T9550 inside will work with T9300 (GM/PM45 chipset), but most likely not the other way around short of FSB mods (965PM/GM, GL40)!
Is very beautyfull!
Good video.
Excelent videos!!!!! laptop+++power!!!!❤❤❤❤❤💪💪💪👌👌👌⚡⚡⚡⚡🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
It was my second gaming notebook in 2008, I had a good time with it playing street fighter 4
The Asus G2S was my first Gaming-Laptop :D
