Characteristic of a Mentally Healthy Person:
- ones who can sleep well at night with not much thoughts in their mind
I really can relate to what you said ! When i go to bed it's like Ii have an empty mind I don't think about ANYTHING !
Me: *tries to sleep*
My brain: not so fast
INFP's
Even those who are mentally healthy can have several thoughts that can disturb their sleep actually
When I go to bed is like everything comes to my mind. That also happens to me when I shower.

I follow some of these habits, it's kinda helpful on the short time for me. But on the long time I stay empty and keep bad moods. This is helpful to protect you but it's not all a cure. It certainly need patience. 6_6"
These days a lot of people proudly announce that they're 'self claimed' depression here i am proudly self claimed that I'm mentally healthy
The voiceover here is unusual, but it's just perfect for a super positive video like this.

Great video! All of these tips are helpful. I have issues with sleep. I tend to stay up late at night. I need to stick to a sleep schedule. I love art so I've been painting a lot. It keeps me motivated and it's therapeutic. I feel like I'm less stressed. Also, I'm writing in my journal a lot. I have emotions bottled up inside and I NEED to vent. I do have friends that I check up on and vice versa. Really it's just the matter of setting goals and prioritizing. I enjoyed this video. Keep up the great work!
Take my time and lounge on the sofa, with a tea at hand, an open window overhead and no phone. Simply listening to the traffic or the birds outside.
Even just for a few minutes, or 10 minutes, it will be really refreshing.
Such a genuine video & it’s cute yet funny animation 👏🏽
finally the stupid online classes gave me a video from a good youtuber
