what I did take videos of was my Ontario trip... like lots and lots of videos, then I lost almost all my footage. It was tragic... I'm still a bit heartbroken... but you can get the storyline anyway.

I recently went off Instagram because I refuse to let any earthly thing hold me back from my heavenly gain... it was a tough decision and I'm a bit sad about it but I was wasting too much time on there... so if you wanna contact me, good old fashioned email is the best way

Its impossible for me to ever be part of a community like this, but I admire it a lot. So that I've started thinking of my family: my husband and 7 kids as my 'community'. These videos are inspiring me and motivating me to give my kids chores and participate in homemaking with them because I see how it creates a relationship and strengthens bonds...thank you for sharing ...I also appreciate how you guys don't believe the way you guys live is "THE" only way like other groups but y'all make the point that it's what u guys choose to do. That is freeing and I believe is fruitful for u guys because where there is free choice there's more dedication and heartfelt effort.
No need for excuses. Your spiritual And physical health are much more important than You tube. You owe us nothing. We’re just blessed when you are here. Looking forward to next time when it works. But you definitely were missed. 💙

Good for you for having the mindfulness to set boundaries and priorities for yourself. Your video was worth the wait, because you really do have a gift for fliming/ editing. I especially loved the corn processing sequence, but that's just me because I grew corn professionally for 20 years and now grow it on a much smaller scale in a backyard plot. I love corn!

I have really enjoyed your videos adina. Im glad you didnt get shot! Heaven can wait. I was sure you were MIA because of the harvest activities. i bet you will be such a good teacher! Last random comment about this video is everytime i see your little sister i cant help but just be taken by surprise how beautiful she is...just a real stunner! Many of you ladies are! And so happy. Its from a simple life, a full belly, and a clean conscience.
Glad you're back. Always remember that YT is just a hobby, it's not life, even if it can take over yours if you're not careful. Faith, family, relationships and your daily work come first.
Wonderful content. I went to plain Mennonite school from 10 to 14 and boarded on a farm during. 30 acre dairy and truck farm AND harvest time!! We planted, harvested and canned. This brought back special memories....and for a few minutes peace in the chaos of this world. There is beauty and security in community.
This video made me homesick for that now as an adult in a chaotic world.
Happy to see you are just doing you! As we all should, take the time to do what is important to you, we are simply lucky to observe once in a while. Having grown up a farm girl, harvest season is a mix of exhaustion, gratitude and warm feelings. It's the time of year where the family/community becomes a well oiled machine and its quite the spectacle to be a part of. Happy thanksgiving!

I grew up around the Hutterites near Huron, SD. They were a very closed society and did not seem like they were filled with joy like you all are. That was many years ago, so maybe they are you tubing now too. They were very successful at anything they did. They needed a lot of concrete, so they built their own ready mix plant. They had the best equipment and most of them drove International Pickups and Carryalls. I was really quite surprised when I read that you were Hutterite. They ran the best farm and ranch operations. It looks like you all are doing quite well also. It is so good to watch this. Best Regards always.

Harvest- never could relate to one word more than that one. Not a farmers daughter but my husband was a custom farmer for 5 years and my oh my. Felt like a widow for a couple months of the year-not quite. Being a widow would be way worse but not having my husband home for so many hours in a day was rough by times

Good for you on becoming a teacher! My 16 yo says that she wants to do the same. I told her that kindergarten would be great and she frowns and says but they don't know how to do anything! And I laughed and said I know you have to teach them, lol! Glad your back! And don't apologize for taking a break, your wisdom as I've said before is abundant and I am hear watching and waiting. Lovely - very enjoyable - is all fine. Many years ago I trained to be a teacher & did love it, too - all the best with that, I'm sure you'll be a fab teacher, Adina - the more experiences you have like this, the better educator you'll become! The harvest parts and canning parts remind me so much of my home where I grew up, harvest time was always my favorite time and I miss that, you did such a good job with the video, grew up in Mexico lived in Canada for a while, haven't been to Canada in a while but I sure would like some of ya'lls canned pickles 😋 (short story, while we lived in Canada my husband was a trucker he would haul all sort of stuff to Hutterite colonies and this one colony was super nice and they gave us pickles, bread, and a bunch of other food and let me tell you, I have never had better pickles than those.)
