And that is exactly what’s going to happen, which sucks. Because so far, Jamie is the only love interest of Callie’s I’ve been able to stand. Callie as a character can get infuriating, then when you add an annoying love interest, that’s tv I don’t want to watch. Jamie has been able to keep that balance, flawed but realistically the best relationship she’s been in.

Jamie doesn't take his job personal meanwhile Callie does amd that's why she betrayed his trust. The only way for them to survive is for them to have some understanding of what they believe in and come to an agreement of which lines not to cross cuz they crosses lines last season.

The bouncing back and for the between them (or anyone, really) is sooo toxic. I want her to really mature in this season. I hope the writers allow her to do so because they've also set her up to do that. To everyone shipping Gael and Callie - yes their chemistry is amazing but that is all they have. Chemistry alone won‘t create a stable, healthy and working relationship. Gael has so many issues with himself, he doesn’t know what or who he wants in life. He doesn’t know how to go for the things he wants. He is one big mess in my eyes and he simply needs to get his shit together, and one can do that only alone. We all know Callie is a fighter and she wants to move something in the world, which is amazing. But we also know that her emotions often control her and damage her in many ways. But before I felt like they fit so perfectly together as if they were a couple since forever. Beside the support and trust they showed to eachother, we saw that they loved to fool around like lovers but also talk about everything like best friends. And if you really look carefully, you will notice that Callie influenced Jamie more than he has her. He even changed his political views through her. And when it comes to Callie, as I wrote before, she is super stubborn and emotional and doesn‘t always think stuff through before she goes for it. Jamie just balances her wildness to stop her from damaging others or herself.

Well for certain series it just makes sense like the Greyverse shows. Since their show is completely formed around the medical world, it wouldn’t make sense to not speak on a major real life medical crisis

I have been on the Callie/Gael ship from day 1 And yes chemistry is a HUGE deal in any relationship. You gotta have it to be viable. They have it in spades. Callie and Jamie were cute. @@_noxas yeah but remember, callie was 17 in season 1 (grade 11) and graduated in season 5 (where she would be in grade 12, 18 years old) so all of the seasons are in the time stamp of about just under two years. and if the show was set in 2013 in season 1 that means she graduated 2014, and they skipped about 4/5 years into the future which would be end 2018 / beginning 2019. so season 3 would be either set endish of 2019 or Beginning of 2020 just before covid

They alluded to it last season when they got engaged, but I'm really hoping to see Emma & Jesus's wedding this season. Would bring the whole family back together for an episode (I guess except the Hunter parents lol). That'd make me really happy to see.

I have been on the Callie/Gael ship from day 1 And yes chemistry is a HUGE deal in any relationship. You gotta have it to be viable. They have it in spades. Callie and Jamie were cute. Very standard very vanilla for me. Callie has always been able to confide in Gael. They just have that type of relationship. I’m loving all the couples this new season! So excited!
