One of the most important things you need to keep in mind is that the constitution is like a contract... Therefore when they created the 14th amendment and the two senators were arguing about how it excluded the president and the one senator said I would ask the other senator to look at the word officer... This did not lock in that the president was included... The other senator said perhaps I was wrong... The legal definition of perhaps is possibly but not definitely... Therefore the 14th amendment currently excludes the president because discrepancies must be ruled in the favor of the one who did not forge the contract which would be Donald Trump and therefore he has absolute presidential immunity...

@@tesladrew2608 Don’t worry. Trump will be a great leader for idiots like you too. He’s voiced he would do whatever is necessary to make this country great again. Threats are not reality. Pam Bondi was immediately pushed to the front when Gaetz backed out.
Elon describes the moment he supported trump, fist in the air, ear bleeding. The recognition of a grandfather's courage. It was an emotional, character evolving period of time. All the control Elon/trump predictions I've seen sprouted from legacy talking heads. All that does is reveal how the machine thinks. Those destructive thought patterns, the American people, voted against, 3 weeks ago.
This show should be called Backward with Andrew Yang.
Second biggest sellout since Bernie
can you explain?
Facts. Andrew Yang is a huge disappointment in the moments leading up to and after this election. The people spoke overwhelmingly and elected Trump. You really expect us to just go along with your "never Trump" ideology when the Democrats literally ignored the will of the people again? No primary, no choices, just lie after lie. The Forward party will never happen when it's leader can't even move Forward after the election.

I think this lady has no idea what she's talking about when it comes to the Constitution... Did this lady actually study constitutional law or did she just go for a standard law degree‽ It seems like all she knows is standard law... A lot of these people don't understand the power of the Constitution for how the supreme Court works... The supreme Court is nothing like the lower courts. The supreme Court is the only place where Justice exists...
Seems like someone needs to re-engage in Civics 101 again.
@DVelezPR I totally understand that and I understand that it shouldn't be this way but I'm just speaking facts... Justice doesn't exist anywhere outside of the supreme Court...
Justice is a broad and philosophical concept. While the Supreme Court can correct or reinterpret laws to ensure they align with constitutional principles, its decisions don't always resonate as "just" in a universal sense due to differing perspectives on fairness and morality.
@madrooky1398 ok chat gpt
I think a Matt gaetz attorney general is the worst idea ever he's not even an attorney he knows nothing about the Constitution... The attorney general should study Black's law encyclopedia... If you have not studied Black's law then you should not be able to be attorney general...
1. Matt gaetz is an attorney. 2. He already withdrew his nomination
@rylandavis2976 yeah... Too much video editing close down the delivery of the message so this became obsolete quickly... Is he an attorney or a lawyer?
@rylandavis2976 I appreciate you correcting me because I was wrong I just looked it up on Google and he does have a law degree... I was given bad information by bad actors and took it as gospel.
