I LOVE how you said "My favorite, right now" Play styles and such always change. With new updates, patches, buffs and nerfs its no wonder people are constantly changing what they use the most! I like orthos prime: Fun weapon to watch swing around and chop people to bits with and I love its stances. Slap a primed reach on that thing and you can hit people with it from 20 feet away! Great video as always, very interesting choices for melee. My favs are pretty standard - Nikana Prime, Broken War, Orthos Prime and Prisma Dual Clevers.
I got dual skana when I reached ranked 2 or 3 idk but once you hit like the 5 or 6th planet it's pretty hard to kill someone with those things, it takes awhile :\ but anything lower than that it pretty much destroys.

The Anku. Just b/c mainly as you like rapier weapons I like scythes aren't really good but The Anku takes the cake with fast attack speed and crit possibilities. Fingers crossed for an Anku Prime, Prisma, Wraith, or Vandal. Keep up the good work and thanks for the vids.

I haven't been playing for very long but my faves *THAT I'VE USED SO FAR* are Ninkondi (One we have in Common!) - Because it's so fast, status procs a lot, and it's stealth kill animation is COOL. Also, I actually have some proficiency with the Nunchaku (NOT nunchucks, mind you). Endura - The same for you with the Destreza, but I haven't used that one yet so I cannot comment on it just yet, but it _does_ look WONDERFUL Tipedo - A blade on a big stick. I have always love staff type weapons (and have trained with them in the past) for the reach they offer WITHOUT sacrificing _too much_ speed.

I love Jet Li's Unleashed. It's not often that a martial arts movie has a compelling villain as well as a really deep, sad story to go along with the loveable main characters.
Arguably PC is best. Playing this game with a controller is difficult by most people's opinions and the biggest factor is that you'll get to see new content sooner on PC than on Consoles as they're always behind by a few updates.
It's a really old Jackie Chan film, you should check it out, if you can find a copy that just has subtitles instead of dubs that would be great. but that's cuz im partial to watching it in its original language :)

Wigwam N Nah there both similar, I haven't checked the stats though so if it's better than it's better, but I'm saying the dual skana is way better than the heat swords everyone gets.

Currently Hirudo, that auto heal when you crit is amazing. Lesion is also a nice major one. One oldie but goodie which I would still recommend for people are those Dual Ichors. Daggers don't need to be pretty to be effective. Use to be an old school meta weapon.
Welp, I have to start by saying we share similar taste in weapons. Your favs are also on my list. Here are some more that I use with great frequency: Glaive Prime w/ Astral Twilight. Broken War w/ Vengeful Revenant. Ack&Brunt w/ Final Harbinger. Nikana Prime w/ Decisive Judgement. Tipedo w/ Clashing Forest.
My favorite Melee would probably be the Halikar because the throwing flight pattern is just so cool. Love how it just bounces from one target to the next too.
So, my favorite melee weapons are actually pretty under rated. I recently made the Orthos, and it stole my heart with the first swing. The slam attack on that thing has a massive range, and the swing speed is deceptively fast. Also, one I was TOLD was terrible, the Nami Solo. It simply has a great aesthetic, and some beautiful animations. And finally, a very specific one, and it's definitely not underrated... The Scindo Prime with the Scindo Manticore Skin. I'm currently using it for my Rhino Fassion Frame, and combined with him, it simply has a flow to it that i simply can't resist. I haven't tried the rapier yet, but i like the looks of it.
Here's my list: #1 Dual Kamas Prime, all I have to say is mental AS and slash dmg. They are my most used weapon in warframe. #2 Tekko, massive crits, slash damage, gaias for that uppercut, beautiful. #3 Mios, the damage and multihit combos is insane. #4 Reaper prime, I still love it soo much especially after the scythe buff. #5 Galatine (would be War if Stalker would drop it) Massive swords are just fun, seriously fun. I have maxed all melees in the game bar two currently and these I use the most. There are several other melee weapons that I have loved while playing Warframe that have sadly become outclassed, such as the Dragon Nikana and Dakra Prime (when it used to be godly).
I'm honestly glad that the Mios and the Jat Kittag were on this list. Both of these weapons are two that are used by me way too much. Every time i run with the Kittag i use the Noxious hammer skin Which looks super sexy on my Nekros.
Fave melee weapons: Redeemer: Slash, click, BOOM! Atterax: That thing looks so damn brutal. Ripkas: Pair it with a lever-action rifle. Grooovy. Dual Ether blades: I have a thing for Ethereal-themed stuff. Gram: I feel like it's underrated, cause of how powerful it is with a decent mod build. Also, it kinda looks like if the Corpus got their hands on a Light Saber.
I find I like pole arms due to speed and reach. You did show some weapons I'd like to try. I found the dark dagger to be surprising with the Red Vale syndicate proc. As for Kong Fu movies, my favorite is the one about third master. A Shaw brothers classic!
My favorite... definitely the Redeemer. it Hacks'n'Slashes, it shoots and those shots are comparable to those of regular Tigris, plus the enemies are sent flying. And bonus, its a low mastery rank weapon(rank 4).
Destreza. Since its release I've used it almost 100% of the time I've just always loved Rapier styled weapons and always loved slaughtering enemies with grace and finesse
So now i watched the video! :D Here's my list (not ranked): Tipedo - i like running around like a manic and punching everything with high speed Destreza - also running and high attack speed Dual Zoren - was my first 'good' melee weapon and it felt so great to have the multi-hit combos of Swirling Tiger (compared to the skana . . . you know what i mean) Every kind of whip, but especially the Atterax. It looks awesome and it has nice crit chance! Galatine - pretty much the same reasons you like War, but i haven't built it yet
My list and a little story behind why 1: Kogake The reason Kogake is 1 is because when I first started playing I bought the mobilize pack on steam (I had an extra $20 lying around) which had a mod and a little plat. The only weapon o could afford was the Kogake so I thought "What the hell" and I used it so much. I could hit a Lvl 20 corrupted heavy gunner with Kogake's slide attack and the would hit the ceiling even in the Orokin tile sets with the high ceilings. 2: Nikana Prime I was MR3 when I got it and I loved it so much. I like to say I cheated on the MR4 test because you had to survive 3 waves of infested and it cleaned them up so quick. It destroys even the toughest enemies. 3: Redeemer I don't really have a story with this one but the stance mod reminds me of a certain cyborg Cowboy. 4: Galatine The Galatine is an AMAZING WEAPON as everyone knows. I especially love it because I got a Galatine Rubedo skin off the community market for pretty cheap. 5: Bo Prime

900% my favorite has to be the Prisma Dual Cleavers. Such immense power in a small, quick, and fun to use weapon. (Also, maybe the Karyst with covert lethality for when I'm running Loki or Ivara.)
the Destreza is love. the Destreza is Life. the Orthos is my go- to weapon for CC The War makes me wanna sign up for the local baseball team the Ninkondi's finisher from behind haunts my dreams lol
Orthos. Dual bladed staves are just awesome! This one has such range and speed that even against high level enemies they cant recover to hurt me even if it takes them a bit of time to hit, add radiation to that and they become my minions!
Not kung-fu movies, but still classic, must-see movies by japanese director Akira Kurosawa; "Seven Samurai", and "Yojimbo". That guy was on another level if you take into consideration these movies are from 1954 and 1961.
I love the lesion and tipedo for its fast flashy attacks. Also, Is it worth it to upgrade the ninkondi? From the stats alone it seems like a downgrade, lower status.
Jat Kitty - hitting an enemy for an eagle on a par 5 map Redeemer - made for mesa, just fits the look Lesion - tipedo with a toxic proc, yes please Prisma Dual Cleaver - crit crit crit crit crit and they look badass Atterax - a whip with buzz saws on the end, like it.
My top 5 Melee Wepons are 5. every Nikana 4. Destreza 3.Dakra Prime 2.Redeemer, this weapon is so unbelivably awesome it literally carried me 40 Minutes T3 Survival back in the days 1. Hate... there is nothing else to say about this one. Yeah the Anku is cool to but the Hate is the Scythe the Stalker kills with and it is awesome as hell
right now my favorite and most used melee weapon is the Ether Reaper. pretty high stats all around, good crit and status, but not the best, and almost every time i dueled someone from my clan with it, it would destroy them. even if they had a well built War. just remember to put a Stalking Fan on it and you'll be mowing down enemies gloriously.
My favorite is the Kogake, especially when I'm playing as Atlas because it completes his "brawler" feel. It complements my play style as I enjoy just rushing in beating the crap out of things. Keep in mind I haven't been playing long and haven't tried the others out very much. I did just get galvatine I think it was called, the big sword, mastered it was fun to play but didn't have in your face feel that I like so much. Again I haven't been playing long only rank 5 right now so my favorites may change over time.
I like all the melee but the pole arms, well the stances of them. but if i were to chose, silva and aegis, now if only it had decant stats to continue to use. so are you grabing all the cephilon frags for ordis back story?
My top 5 Melee weapons, THAT I USE THE MOST FREQUENTLY, in no particular order: - Fragor Prime. - Nikana Prime. - Redeemer. - Lesion. - Tipedo. Other times, I use whatever Melee weapon that I feel like using, like the Glaive Prime, Furax Wraith, Kogake, Orthos Prime, etc.
honestly if I had to pick the top 3 melee I would have to choose the dual cleavers/prisma cleavers. The dual cleavers is one of the first melee weapons I made and they have carried me into endless missions and still made things easy. My second choice has to be the tekko. I love that when I use them with Atlas I can beat most bosses in a fist fight, besides they kick major butt with a crit build. my number one choice thus far is the lesion. it has been my go to weapon whenever I need to clear a mission and do it quickly. it is one of the best weapons I have to melt the stalkers HP with its high attack speed and status chance.
Im still new to the game and not very good but my all time favorite weapons are the Tonfas, all of them even if I haven't built them yet. Ever since I used them as a weapon in Castlevania Circle of the Moon I loved the way they look and the fact that their dual wield just makes it awesome. Im planning to build and keep all of them if I get the chance. Also any long swords like War as well as the Venkas (the claw weapons).

have you tried the atterax since the bloodrush body count combo arrived? if not I highly suggest it, Crit Build with primed reach and 2 90 elements is crazy fun (mainly because it has a further reach then orthos P)

Do you still use Excalibur any more or no? if so do you use Bo's or Daggers
My favorite Melee would probably be the Halikar because the throwing flight pattern is just so cool. Love how it just bounces from one target to the next too.

So, my favorite melee weapons are actually pretty under rated. I recently made the Orthos, and it stole my heart with the first swing. The slam attack on that thing has a massive range, and the swing speed is deceptively fast.
Also, one I was TOLD was terrible, the Nami Solo. It simply has a great aesthetic, and some beautiful animations.
And finally, a very specific one, and it's definitely not underrated... The Scindo Prime with the Scindo Manticore Skin. I'm currently using it for my Rhino Fassion Frame, and combined with him, it simply has a flow to it that i simply can't resist.
I haven't tried the rapier yet, but i like the looks of it.
Here's my list:
#1 Dual Kamas Prime, all I have to say is mental AS and slash dmg. They are my most used weapon in warframe.
#2 Tekko, massive crits, slash damage, gaias for that uppercut, beautiful.
#3 Mios, the damage and multihit combos is insane.
#4 Reaper prime, I still love it soo much especially after the scythe buff.
#5 Galatine (would be War if Stalker would drop it) Massive swords are just fun, seriously fun.
I have maxed all melees in the game bar two currently and these I use the most. There are several other melee weapons that I have loved while playing Warframe that have sadly become outclassed, such as the Dragon Nikana and Dakra Prime (when it used to be godly).

I'm honestly glad that the Mios and the Jat Kittag were on this list. Both of these weapons are two that are used by me way too much. Every time i run with the Kittag i use the Noxious hammer skin Which looks super sexy on my Nekros.
Fave melee weapons:
Redeemer: Slash, click, BOOM!
Atterax: That thing looks so damn brutal.
Ripkas: Pair it with a lever-action rifle. Grooovy.
Dual Ether blades: I have a thing for Ethereal-themed stuff.
Gram: I feel like it's underrated, cause of how powerful it is with a decent mod build. Also, it kinda looks like if the Corpus got their hands on a Light Saber.
I find I like pole arms due to speed and reach. You did show some weapons I'd like to try. I found the dark dagger to be surprising with the Red Vale syndicate proc. As for Kong Fu movies, my favorite is the one about third master. A Shaw brothers classic!

My favorite... definitely the Redeemer. it Hacks'n'Slashes, it shoots and those shots are comparable to those of regular Tigris, plus the enemies are sent flying. And bonus, its a low mastery rank weapon(rank 4).
Destreza.
Since its release I've used it almost 100% of the time I've just always loved Rapier styled weapons and always loved slaughtering enemies with grace and finesse

Reaper Prime is now and has always been my number 1 favorite Melee. Lesion and Jat Kittag are up there, Redeemer counts as a melee right?

Here's my list (not ranked):
Tipedo - i like running around like a manic and punching everything with high speed
Destreza - also running and high attack speed
Dual Zoren - was my first 'good' melee weapon and it felt so great to have the multi-hit combos of Swirling Tiger (compared to the skana . . . you know what i mean)
Every kind of whip, but especially the Atterax. It looks awesome and it has nice crit chance!
Galatine - pretty much the same reasons you like War, but i haven't built it yet

My list and a little story behind why
1: Kogake
The reason Kogake is 1 is because when I first started playing I bought the mobilize pack on steam (I had an extra $20 lying around) which had a mod and a little plat. The only weapon o could afford was the Kogake so I thought "What the hell" and I used it so much. I could hit a Lvl 20 corrupted heavy gunner with Kogake's slide attack and the would hit the ceiling even in the Orokin tile sets with the high ceilings.
2: Nikana Prime
I was MR3 when I got it and I loved it so much. I like to say I cheated on the MR4 test because you had to survive 3 waves of infested and it cleaned them up so quick. It destroys even the toughest enemies.
3: Redeemer
I don't really have a story with this one but the stance mod reminds me of a certain cyborg Cowboy.
4: Galatine
The Galatine is an AMAZING WEAPON as everyone knows. I especially love it because I got a Galatine Rubedo skin off the community market for pretty cheap.
5: Bo Prime
Ok Bouse First And Fore Most Great Video. And My Top 5 Favorite Melee Weapons.5). Ether Reaper 4).Orthos Prime 3).Redeemer 2).Kronen Honorable Mentions War And Broken War And Mios 1). Nikana Prime! So Those Are My Favorite Melee Weapons On Warframe. ^_^ :)
I have the Jat Kittag but never really used it. After watching I may just give it a chance lol Probably a stupid question...which stance were you referring to with its own unique particle?

900% my favorite has to be the Prisma Dual Cleavers. Such immense power in a small, quick, and fun to use weapon. (Also, maybe the Karyst with covert lethality for when I'm running Loki or Ivara.)

Orthos. Dual bladed staves are just awesome! This one has such range and speed that even against high level enemies they cant recover to hurt me even if it takes them a bit of time to hit, add radiation to that and they become my minions!
Not kung-fu movies, but still classic, must-see movies by japanese director Akira Kurosawa; "Seven Samurai", and "Yojimbo". That guy was on another level if you take into consideration these movies are from 1954 and 1961.
I love the lesion and tipedo for its fast flashy attacks.
Also, Is it worth it to upgrade the ninkondi? From the stats alone it seems like a downgrade, lower status.
Jat Kitty - hitting an enemy for an eagle on a par 5 map
Redeemer - made for mesa, just fits the look
Lesion - tipedo with a toxic proc, yes please
Prisma Dual Cleaver - crit crit crit crit crit and they look badass
Atterax - a whip with buzz saws on the end, like it.
Nikana prime is my favorite. Never lets me down, regardless of enemy type or level (it scales into endgame really well).
My favorite is the Dual Ether Swords with the Swirling Tiger stance. Speed is everything and the Swirling Tiger Dual Ether delivers.

1. Hate... there is nothing else to say about this one. Yeah the Anku is cool to but the Hate is the Scythe the Stalker kills with and it is awesome as hell
right now my favorite and most used melee weapon is the Ether Reaper. pretty high stats all around, good crit and status, but not the best, and almost every time i dueled someone from my clan with it, it would destroy them. even if they had a well built War. just remember to put a Stalking Fan on it and you'll be mowing down enemies gloriously.

What do you think about the Reaper Prime? In sorties, this thing rocks, (at least for me).
what do you think of the redeemer? it is my go to weapon and it hits like a truck when maxed.
My favorite is the Kogake, especially when I'm playing as Atlas because it completes his "brawler" feel. It complements my play style as I enjoy just rushing in beating the crap out of things. Keep in mind I haven't been playing long and haven't tried the others out very much. I did just get galvatine I think it was called, the big sword, mastered it was fun to play but didn't have in your face feel that I like so much. Again I haven't been playing long only rank 5 right now so my favorites may change over time.
Atterax is bae: It has range, crits, and slash damage, making it my go to for anything.
...It's also the first melee I forma'd, too.
Even though it isn't all that good, I love using the dark dagger. I love the pointed wind stance and the augment effect is always nice

I like all the melee but the pole arms, well the stances of them. but if i were to chose, silva and aegis, now if only it had decant stats to continue to use.

My top 5 Melee weapons, THAT I USE THE MOST FREQUENTLY, in no particular order:
- Fragor Prime.
- Nikana Prime.
- Redeemer.
- Lesion.
- Tipedo.
Other times, I use whatever Melee weapon that I feel like using, like the Glaive Prime, Furax Wraith, Kogake, Orthos Prime, etc.
honestly if I had to pick the top 3 melee I would have to choose the dual cleavers/prisma cleavers. The dual cleavers is one of the first melee weapons I made and they have carried me into endless missions and still made things easy. My second choice has to be the tekko. I love that when I use them with Atlas I can beat most bosses in a fist fight, besides they kick major butt with a crit build. my number one choice thus far is the lesion. it has been my go to weapon whenever I need to clear a mission and do it quickly. it is one of the best weapons I have to melt the stalkers HP with its high attack speed and status chance.

Im still new to the game and not very good but my all time favorite weapons are the Tonfas, all of them even if I haven't built them yet. Ever since I used them as a weapon in Castlevania Circle of the Moon I loved the way they look and the fact that their dual wield just makes it awesome. Im planning to build and keep all of them if I get the chance. Also any long swords like War as well as the Venkas (the claw weapons).

have you tried the atterax since the bloodrush body count combo arrived? if not I highly suggest it, Crit Build with primed reach and 2 90 elements is crazy fun (mainly because it has a further reach then orthos P)
