MONTERO WAS INSPIRATIONAL: Twerking on the devil is just on some surface level shit..and since people don't look beyond just surface level they get distracted by the fact that the use of the satan imagery in Montero is simply an extended metaphor whereby subjects, images, ideas and situations are used as an analogy to convey something else…...anyone who is lgbt knows or can relate to being or feeling “demonized” by the rest of society or because of harmful religious dogma...therefore he just displayed that brilliantly for everyone….it’s like “ oh you already think i'm the devil, oh you really think i’m going to a place called hell?” well then let me be the king of that shit...let me control the narrative that OTHER people have placed on me and use that as empowerment...Montero was so empowering in that way, Montero was so inspirational in that way ….its a amazing thing when anyone can take the power out of harmful ideas and narratives and take full control of their own path!
