As stated by someone else, Joey Cool and King Iso are both Strange Music artists. They're fairly well known at this point. Another one where they both snap, is Hit the Ground Running by Tech N9ne. King Iso also has a recent song called Made Me Crazy also ft Snake Lucci and Tech N9ne. To get another taste of them, I'd recommend those songs.
