The butterfly effect is something that actually happens everyday in life. Big what ifs. It crazy how the original plans in life don't work out but basically getting an audible causing butterfly 🦋 effects

Another even crazier butterfly effect from Roman getting sick is that Big E wouldn't have lost his title to Brock in that fatal 4 way and that would mean that he would've still been in the main event picture instead of wrestling Ridge Holland that faithful night when Holland broke Big E neck.Oh what could've been😔

That Trish-Lita promo was crazy. Lita got relentlessly boo-d and Trish was trying her damnedest to divert the heat to herself.
Also another butterfly effect for the last entry was when sami was introduced to the bloodline it was only gonna be for a few weeks and then they'd turn on him and k.o. and sami would team up. But k.o. got injured so they kept sami in the bloodline which created the most compelling wwe drama line in years
The Austin situation is even crazier with more context. After the 96 KOTR Austin didn’t have a mega push. He was literally on the SummerSlam 96 kickoff show against Yokozuna. Bret Hart was in negotiations with WCW and was close to signing with them in 96. Vince offered the 20 year contract to Bret n he resigned with the WWF and chose Austin as his return opponent at Survivor Series that year. Had Bret went to WCW a year earlier we wouldn’t have got a single match between Austin n Bret. Plus before Shawn lost his smile Austin was scheduled to face Bulldog in WM13. Vince is the luckiest Mf on the planet. 😭

One butterfly effect i can remember is finn balor injuring his shoulder at summerslam , triple h most likely wouldn’t have turned on seth rollins that following night and seth rollins wouldn’t have turnt babyface , plus samoa joe probably would been called up in a different storyline and we wouldn’t have gotten reigns vs strowman also

-Another thing not pointed out about no “Mr. McMahon” is how it would’ve affected Austin’s 1st run as WWF Champ. At the time, the company didn’t have any main event heels for Austin to face. Helmsley had just become the leader of DX but wasn’t ready. The Rock wasn’t there yet either. It would’ve been hard to turn Mankind just to have him challenge Austin. Same with Owen Hart(Plus, there was the heat between Hart and Austin over Summerslam.) Kane was still working with Taker.

I think KOTR should be Cody’s adversity. In my fantasy world, I’d like it to be a G1 round-robin tournament with a RAW Block & SD Block after the Draft. The finals is RAW v. SD at the PPV & the winner gets Roman at SummerSlam.
Cody dethrones Reigns after Jey & his brothers finally walk out on the Tribal Chief. After Cody wins, he should merge the belts into a Winged Eagle title, then have them reintroduce the Big Gold title for SD via another tournament or 2 multi-man matches leading to a 1v1 PPV match.
Either you can give Sami Zayn get his solo coronation, give Edge one last run with the belt he’s associated with, crown Finn as a world champ next to Rhea to really elevate Judgement Day, or give AJ one more main event run.
With rumors that Triple H approved a new belt's design, this might happen.

Roman backing out of mania 36 is one of the biggest butterfly effects. If he hadn't.... He would have not been a heel , strowman would have never been the champ.. Roman might have never got a 1000 day title reign and all these matches and storylines and also the sami story would have never happened
theres a butterfly effect that i only realized could happen (yall can correct me if im wrong and saying im going 'too far') BUT -- corbin failing to cash in his mitb on august 15th 2017 smackdown leads to aj winning the title from jinder mahal on the november 7th smackdown leads to dbry turning heel and beating aj for the title, leads to kofimania. both triple h and vince seemed surprisingly high on corbin up until he got angry at a wwe doctor for downplaying concussions, after which lead to him losing his mitb and basically being pushed down the midcard. he was us champion, but do you even remember that reign? 'cause i don't :').
basically, if corbin won the title, aj could've had a longer run with the us title, taking him out of the championship title picture - at least for a bit. while dbry probably still returned at mania that year, its unlikely he and aj would've crossed paths. and finally, while shinsuke would've likely won the royal rumble, i couldn't see him going after corbin due to them not having as much history, instead going after brock lesnar, meaning that we wouldn't have gotten brock vs roman at that event. the biggest difference would probably be kofi not getting a chance at the title AT ALL, as that also involves another butterfly effect, being mustafa ali getting injured. i also cant see corbin holding the title for long, probably losing it at that years wrestlemania, but not sure who too. probably as shinsuke chooses lesnar as an opponent, it would be the winner of the elimination chamber! anyway, im just spitballing lol

This list is just reassuring me how ridiculous it is that Tony Khan had Jon Moxley as AEW World Champion while he wasn’t even under contract. To be clear, I’m sure Mox is loyal.
As big as it would’ve been, I doubt he’s the type to actually turn his back & take the title into SummerSlam to stare down Roman after that Last Man Standing match with Brock.
Still, it’s not a wise decision from a business perspective regardless of how close Tony is to the talent. It’s risky as hell. HHH & even Vince wouldn’t have champions working without a contract in today’s era.
I love AEW & really want them to grow but TK really needs to be more of a boss. He puts too much trust in the talent when it comes to contracts, creative, & backstage drama.
Jon Moxley was never leaving. He's not going back to WWE just to be treated like trash again. Jon Moxley wasn't under contract but already had made up his mind of resigning to AEW. As long as Vince McMahon is there and WWE isn't really changing anything, he has no reason to go back to WWE.

Just want to add something on the idea of using real life drama in wrestling stories. It all depends on the people involved and how well the story is handled. It won't always be a homerun.
In terms of AEW using brawl out for a story, I don't think it is a good idea. To speak plainly, I wouldn't trust Punk to keep it professional after his outburst. Also I am not to confident present AEW could book it properly.

There is no way Bret could have taken the WWF title with him to WCW, even if he wanted to. It was literally impossible. After what happened with the Women's title, WWF threatened to sue WCW for using their property, so Eric Bischoff wouldn't have risked repeating that incident. Also, the only reason Alundra was able to take the belt with her to WCW is because the entire WWF women's division had been deactivated.

I’ve been saying this to. Bret was never going to bring the title to WCW because it was not possible since Bret had a 60-day no compete clause plus his contract didn’t even expire until the month after the Montreal incident. I really hate that WWE keeps running with this stupid narrative that Bret was gonna leave the championship the next night, despite the fact that it didn’t even happen at all.

No because Monday Night Raw was Pre-Taped at that time. I think every other RAW was live back then. That’s how WCW knew the results. Kind of like how AEW Rampage is taped after Dynamite.

The problem with turning the Brawl Out incident into a storyline is this: CM Punk is not Matt Hardy. He is far less professional, and he holds grudges. He still cannot be in the same room with Colt Cabana, let alone taking their real life beef and making an angle out of it.

Punk shouldn’t have aired dirty laundry & gotten triggered over Colt at the scrum. He made the company look bad by ranting like a drama queen on the EVPs when really it should’ve been handled backstage. One of the main reasons he signed was because of how well they kept the Brodie Lee situation private, then he goes & does this.
Jericho & The Elite shouldn’t have been stirring shit up about Punk stealing what the OGs built and leaking to the dirt sheets that Punk personally wanted Colt gone when likely it was Tony Khan who banished him to ROH because he thought it would please Punk.
Tony should’ve squashed this when Hangman first made that subtle reference to Colt in that promo battle, or during Punk’s return when he went off-script to call Hangman out knowing he couldn’t do anything. At the very least, he should’ve cut Punk off during his gripebomb & had security prevent a fight from ever taking place.
No side is right. They’re all to blame IMO. They all need to let go of their egos/grudges & do business. Even Matt & Edge worked together. Punk makes for great TV, at least on the mic (not so much in-ring), but he needs to stop fueling the locker room issues & making it worse on IG.
