Regarding venture capital, I had a contractual commitment to buy land in South Florida, and build 100 tiny homes for the homeless. Then the Governor passed a new law, claiming to house them. That law is being challenged. That’s holding us back. I operated a venture capital firm for dozens of years on the island of Palm Beach Florida before moving. Own several properties across the country with partners. Basically semi-retired, but want to make a difference in this world.
