  • Description of the first flight of the Bowerspony and an introduction to the program. Rod is a fantastic guy with an airplane that makes your head spin. His program is a special kind for Wasabi, and it's great to be able to share that with an invested audience of homebuilders.
This is an excerpt from the Lifetime Members Keynote at Airventure 2018.

Would love that someday especially since I am relatively close I am in KPHX. I consider you as one of my living legends since I found your channel. I have a commercial, Inst Mel ticket but have some medical issues from two adverse drug reactions to common prescriptions. So right now why I heal I am living vicariously through you and my best friend who is an airline captain who owns a PA28R-180. Right now I am helping with his annual which is the first time one I have seen/let alone helped. I am the type of guy whose day is not complete unless I learn something new. Thanks again for keeping my passion alive....

Are you wearing welding gloves? If so why? Is it a safety thing? When it's brutally cold I'll wear the thinnest leather gloves I can find and they are still annoying to work the small radio dials and switches with. Do you not mind the loss of precision dexterity?
Awesome videos by the way, really like the whole bowerspony series. Love the technical engineering stuff. On my way to be an US Air Force test pilot one day and can definitely see myself doing what you do afterwards.

They are tig gloves, the thinnest welding gloves I could find.
I haven't had trouble with small knobs. I have had trouble with touch screens, so I have a set of the G&B touchscreen gloves for those airplanes.
Stoked for your career, keep me in the loop I want to hear all the stories!!
