Bowers Hangar 8.12.17

Final inspection of Rod Bower's Stewart Mustang.
This was a couple months before the first flight. We spent the day inspecting the airplane and did some taxi work at sunset.
Rod Bower is a master airplane builder and this airplane is absolutely gorgeous, but even with a truly great builder, an airplane is a complicated machine, so we like to go through the airplane before moving into test. This inspection was particularly fun because the whole airport showed up to help. Always great to see the aviation community come together to pitch in!
