Guys if you are confused with what's the procedure to eat Sadyya. We have 2-3 times of serving rice. First with dal curry or eriserry with ghee and then sambar with second set rice or 3 rd time if you want you can have rice but otherwise add curd curry or rasam. In an orderly manner in the end you get dessert of different types.

When I'm in Trivandrum, i would never go to mother plaza to have Kerala sadhya. I don't like that place , lots of flies and crowd. And I never liked their food either. I found another resto "Ruchi" which is a few mins walk from mother plaza and love the food there. Amazing customer service, clean, they give huge quantity of side dishes
15:09 its not curry. Its paayasam. Not every liquid or paste looking stuffs are curry. After having the sweet. We dont eat rice again. Who is that guy with you. He is doing everything upside down.
@@Infinitboundaries And in northern Kerala, parippu is a side dish. In Trivandrum, payasams come after the second round of rice with sambar. After that come rasam, pulissery and moru.
Most temples in Kerala tend to be open only during morning and evening and close in between... Regarding whether non-hindus are allowed to enter, in temples that don't allow, they usually have a sign at the gate that says so...

18:58 The price remain same whoever pay the bill, there is no difference for local or foreigner, probably street sellers try to bargain but it's never happens in restaurants or reputed places..That local person trying to become boss..
They took lot of extra things. Maybe the guy tried to avoid those extra bills. I think.. He is defenitly not a bad guy..
If anything, we should be happy that he paid for our guests :)
The food that you guys ate is named as “Sadhya”. You should definitely take a nap after having it.Even we Keralites do that after having it cuz you get the best sleep out of it🤩
At first i thought harley couldn't eat that food ...but later he empty the leaf first. And his reaction was amazing..
hope you guys enjoy the hospitality.
This is Kerala. Every human being in the world must experience what Kerala is at least once. God's own country🥥🥥🥥🥥🥥❤❤❤❤❤

Pls don't think every state in India is like kerala in North Indian side it is way different😂
True..North india is well developed
Kerala... No job .. communist state...only 10 th pass 100 percent...most of keralites have significant identity crisis so they convert...😂😂😂
@@sanalchandran2122😅😅😅

@@sanalchandran2122 as someone who lives in North India... That's the best joke I've heard today 😂😂😂

As a Tamizhan, North India is so beautiful❤
Trivandrum sadhya very good 💞💞💞💞💞❤
Many temples are closed post lunch time till the evening prayer.
Most of the temples in Kerala are open only in the morning and evening. Pujas are performed in the morning and evening. Temple darshan should be done at that time. Have happy trip brothers🧡. Namaste🙏
Kerala india ❤🥰
Kerala people are so nice ❤
Midnight, MidDay, Eclipse are Temple closing timings. Also other inauspicious timings will be closed. It's unwritten rule🎉
Hi, unlike churches, Hindu temples are considered places where the Deity resides in. The hindu deities are fed, bathed, woken up early and put to sleep. That's why you cannot visit the temple mid day or during lunch. They open early morning and evenings.
Kerala. is a Veriety place, an another state, Seenary , Grenary. High Rang, Low Costel, Hilltin and Big Mountens, Rivers, Sight and Sounds, alls are happy Ariea, Wel come tokerala,
Love from Kerala ❤️❤️❤️
I am in trivandrum, I have been following u for more than a year.... U guys should hit kovalam beach..
For food u need to try
1)porotta beef from good morning hotel
2) villa Maya
3) zam zam shawai chicken
Then headout of city to varkala...one of the best beaches in india
They should've tried Kerala Pork specials from Angamali also. Pork is not available as much as beef in Kerala because of you know who. Pork is only available mostly in Southen Kerala, especially in Kottayam and Kochi and coastal regions of Trivandrum. In other parts, pork is very rare. I love both Pork and Beef, but I love Pork (without fat) far better. It melts in your mouth.

Malayali poliyada😌❤️🔥
0:13 temples only open in morning and evening in Kerala brother. You are allowed.
നമ്മളും വീഡിയോയിൽ വരുമായിരിക്കും 🤣🤣😄😄👏👏👏
Yes, usually you can walk up to them and you can sit there and meditate until someone comes out
I really love this guys hospitality, but I want to correct one thing. If you are getting a printed bill. There is no price difference for locals and foreigners
Welcome to kerala ❤
Temples are usally closed in the noon
you can go there between 7-9am or from 6-8 pm

Seems you had nice time here. Thankyou for coming to India.
Apart from this, the most wondering part is on seeing the comment section. There isn't such division like North and South India. I am a keralite. Moreover I am an Indian❤🇮🇳. Dont be clowns before foreigners like this.
Trivandrums most delicious sadhya is from mother's veg plaza and you guys are there❤
This is how we treat people in our country..
That's how it's done, boys. Congrats on trying a proper Kerala Tali. Now you just need to try all the many local dishes (meat).
->You need to go on a cruise, houseboating for a few days, with a personal chef, private bath and bedroom.
-> Kovalam or Varkala beach, Shiva statue, lighthouse
-> Visit the temples (Padmanabhaswamy, palace), old churches (bible tower, St. George, St. Marys, )
-> Fort Kochi and its surroundings
-> Check out Kalarippayattu (ancient martial arts)
->Jattayu statue, and trying out random foods
-> Food wise, check out (beef and parotta, chicken fry, shrimp pickle(spicy), Pal-appam and curry (has to be fresh, there's a mild version, it is called ishtu), chicken perattu, Kerala fish curry (spicy) and rice
Chetan Ella tourist videoilum undallo😂❤❤

Welcome South India
We like to call our place as Kerala or India.
Kerala is also different from other states in southern part of India. All states in India are different. And there is only one union thats India, the unity in diversity.❤
Namaskaaram from Keralam, Bhaaratham ❤
Love from Kerala, India ❤
South indian from Malabar❤
When I'm in Trivandrum, i would never go to mother plaza to have Kerala sadhya. I don't like that place , lots of flies and crowd. And I never liked their food either.
I found another resto "Ruchi" which is a few mins walk from mother plaza and love the food there. Amazing customer service, clean, they give huge quantity of side dishes
Exactly where
My homeland 🥰❤
Your observation regarding the rice was a great.

That was a really cool journey thanks
Did he just deny the spoon 🥄
Respect to you bro
15:09 its not curry. Its paayasam. Not every liquid or paste looking stuffs are curry. After having the sweet. We dont eat rice again. Who is that guy with you. He is doing everything upside down.
wdym
its trivandrum here traditional way is to eat 3 rd round of rice after payassam
After having Payasam we will have a round of rice with rasam, moorucurry. That is the custom even in hindu marriages sadya in travancore.
@@jishnut.r.6597 Thats some thing new to other district kerala people. Because payasam is the final one. After that we never eat rice again.
In middle kerala, we finish sadhya with payasam. No more food after sweet.
Man that guy is cool.
