I've had this truck for about 3 weeks now.. loving it.. the front bumper is a little close to the front grill and offered no protection on its first front hit.. and the plastic split in two places around the grill area.. but you can mod this by squeezing the sides of the bumper dampening loop together and holding it in place with a cable tie and bit of glue to keep it there.. then the bumper is much further out. You can also do this to the wheely bar at the back to give it more clearance for a rear end bash but it just seems that the front grill area plastic is a little thin compared to the rest of the truck..
Also I've fitted a cheep fpv camera in mine ' just under the front of the roof.. now looks like the truck has a dash cam lol..
But over all despite the thin plastic molding at front light/grill area.. I definitely recommend it 👍
Ps I also invested in some oil filled shocks.. and LED Lights front and back.. much better..
Nice to know,I did install a FPV cam on mine but took it off again overall like you said it's a great buggy.

Any reason to prefer this to the Xinlehong 9125? Similar price, but the 9125 seems better built.
I dont have the Xinlehong 9125 but this truck can take a bashing a great crawler too the 9125 might be better built but i can't compare them to give you my opinion.
I have xinlehong 9125 and I changed one time suspension parts, was broken after ride in skate park. But that was normally. In 9125 is very week servo is damaged after 10h, I was changed 3 times and now I looking another rc car and this like quite good
Anyone got a link to some straight swap oil filled shocks to upgrade this truck? I’ve seen the ZD racing ones but they say they are for 1/10 scale trucks not 1/12… will they be ok?
