- This GameStop closed in 2013 and just sat vacant ever since, a long with the other stores in the plaza. Right next door was a former old school Walmart turned appliance factory. The HHGregg closed in 2017, and for awhile it turned into a mattress store.

I contacted the owners of the property and it’s now locked back up.
Thats good because they dont want people to destroy stuff
Why not get a retro video game store into where the GameStop used to be, and open up some restaurants there, and/or an indoor flea market? I think that needs to happen more often with these shopping malls, as well as turning them into other buildings like, say, community and recreation centers and possibly housing.

Was Mart in Springdale from early 90s to Late Jan of 2009 due to leased expire and issue with Plaza not relocation to other area around in Springdale while Sam Club still open in same plaza as of today it was replaced with Home Eniporium closed in 2015 and moved to former Hobby Lobby in Springdale which closed now and after 2015 become Fuma Camp is still operating on top of former Wal-Mart roof and outside the. Application Furniture open in 2019 on former Wal-Mart spot as of results share with Fuma Camp. While Former Wal Mart auto center in Springdale a part of former Walmart still vacant since 2009.
There is more Wal-Mart was sue to Tri County Commons after Wal-Mart Mart closed in 2009 but the case may or may not drop as of today.
GameStop has been declining due to more people buying video games and consoles online.
