Meryl this is an extremely well narrated, informative, and well edited video. It is one of the most impactful one to-date regarding an aircraft review. Can any viewer please send this to Bangkok Airways, they will be so delighted. Regarding the food, well my opinion is that it is best that way in order to avoid the spread of any type of virus. Some passengers may get their blood sugar low and some feel comforted by food after being separated from loved ones or a sad occurrence hence, they just packed up some snacks especially if one has children on board or for passengers who rushed and were late and could not check in the lounge. You see, if they do not provide any snack whatsoever then, that will be another point of discussion raised by passengers. Right now it looks like better safe than sorry is more steady given that international passengers are on board. An excellent video Meryl. Honestly even the tip about the taxis was so thoughtful. You have looked into each detail that this video would delight a new traveller. Hats off to you!.
Bangkok Airways are my preferred option for local travel there largely because I can fit into their regular economy seats no problem :D The lounges are a bonus-- they are basic, but still welcome. I seem to remember their international lounge at BKK is small and cramped compared to the domestic one. I've taken that exact same flight PG273 several times now!

I have flown Bangkok Airways many times. Not really all that special or unique. Bangkok Airways slightly more than it’s competition. The only real difference is a small lounge. Lounge has coffee, tea, juice and some cakes. Also, in the past they would serve a small meal on flights of 1 hour of more.

Hi Yeachan. To be honest, they did not weigh the carry on our flight. I guess it is mainly selective, if your bag is bulky and it standouts , then for sure it will be weighed . Safe travels !
