My sprint training is going well. I have been playing more football lately so top speed is more a priority and acceleration.. How is your training going?
sir i am currently 16 and i am a boy. i am in 11th standard and next year i will pass out. i want to win the 100m which will be held in the month of ictober-november. my current time is 14.30 and in order to become the top athlete of my school i need to drop my time to 13.24 seconds. if i do the core workout and leg exercsies like squats and lunges every day. and also if i do the practice from next month onwards will i be able to achieve my desired time. also tell me whether i need to increase my weight or not if my current weight is 56 kg and height is 5'7. please tell me i want to win.
@@Performancelabofcalifornia i haven't started practicing before recording. but now after i noted my sprint time 2 days ago, i have started practicing. i go to the sports complex for around 1 hour every 2 or 3 days so max 3 times per week. but if you want that i will do practise every day. please coach do something. i am willing to do anything. i will completely remove sugar and junk food from my diet. please help i font have more than 8-9 months. how can i reduce that time.
@@Default-s4y I didn’t reply because your message didn’t make sense. You said you just started practicing 2 days ago but do sprinting workouts every 3 days? So which is it did you just start or have you been sprint training every 3 days?
