My cluster works, all works except the top part in the middle where the engine light seat belt light hand break light ect ect is. Any help please. Speedo rev counter and the two lower screens work ok.
I had this this morning, and I fixed it tonight. I checked the battery and took off all the nuts from it and did like a reset. But I probably still need some fuses still but it’s working better Now. There was condensation in my car and stuff but now it’s good.
So, my spot for 58 is missing a fuse. However, the paper chart included doesn't show spot 58 it shows spot 2 for cluster and it says 5amp.. correct?? Same steps?
i feel i have a unique problem any insight would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance i have an 06 328i and at first my problem started while i was driving the music would faze in and out the needles would twitch and this happen quite a few times till finally hours later that day while driving the a/c radio and instrument cluster went black and stopped working car was till on windows work head liner lights work headlights and tail lights work the only thing that works on the cluster is the red screen showing you your car and the 2 parallel lines with the single one going doing it vertically that’s the only one that works and turns on every now and then so i’ve had this problem for a few weeks now and it’s gotten to the point to now sometimes in the middle of driving they’ll randomly still working so i’m not sure if it’s a fuse but it’s never permanent they’ll always go back to not working and the radio and a/c not working is throwing me for a loop also i disconnected the battery and when i reconnect it after a few hours everything’s working fine sometimes even after a few days i also don’t use the car a lot sometimes not at all in a whole day but it also goes back to not working also don’t know if it’s related but i had the problem where water ends up on the floor board of the driver side and i’m yet to figure out how or where but i feel like maybe all that water might’ve had contact with something electrical cause it would be decent size puddles and not just once but a hand full of times i’ve got into the car and see those big puddles of water again any insight would be greatly appreciated

Can you give me the steps to follow to fix my 1995 E38. Problem is exactly the opposite of yours. Dial indicators are bouncing around everywhere and all over the place. Transmission Failsafe Prog. is on, don’t know why. Check Engine light is on. I have scanned it, ALL GOOD but it won’t let me turn off the Check Engine light. No codes. Hi my friend, mine is e60 LCI, 520d, is there any fuse in the glove box compartment to tap a 12v line for my dash cam?unfortunately The cigarette lighter fuse is located at the boot. I need a line which should turn on upon start and shut off straight after the stop engine. Thanks
Hi how are you, I have BMW 520D e60 2007. the radio and the dashboard lights are off and the radio makes loud annoying noise and all the lights on the left hand side are off not working. I loked in to the fuss all are okay I loked in the head light all the weir are correct so I fixed it. And I start the car the problem is the same. Could you please help me. Thank you!
My rpm/ lights oil temp and gas gauge works but no speed ?? I even have the digital speed coded in and it says 0 while driving I’m not getting any codes for wheel speed sensor ??

What may be the reaseon if the cluster is flickers then after a moment it works but all time and date are reset? This happen when E90 havent used after some time.

Hey Guys so I have a similar issue with my instrument cluster, windshield relay horn and turn signals...my car was jumped incorrectly.335i 2011...car runs and connects to bluetooth with no display on cluster or display screen, no turn signals and windshield wipers keep going as I turn the car on...I tried the method of fuse replacement and battery disconnected...no luck...could it be my wiring harness ? Or what ? Please any assistance or point in the right direction would help me .BMW is going to rape my pockets
@@josuenino2179 yes the junction box behind the glove compartment....I went to eBay and bought a used one...there are videos in RUclips about changing the junction box and it’s something you can do on your own...
Gave it a try. Wasn’t the problem. Every time I reset it with the Autel tool, it works until I turn off the engine. Next time ai crank it back up, the cluster is not working again.
@@ryman1977 I changed the cluster and now it's working. The instrument cluster has the problem. But I need to bring the car to the dealer to reset the code.

I had this this morning, and I fixed it tonight. I checked the battery and took off all the nuts from it and did like a reset. But I probably still need some fuses still but it’s working better Now. There was condensation in my car and stuff but now it’s good.

The Cluster can develop cracked soldered joints inside the Module itself. The module can have a short too.

Check your water pump. It could be the cold weather too. If you’re referring to the speedometer arrow staying at the same line, then yeah

If the fuel gauge don't work. First check fuel pump Level sensor. With wear and tear , they will go out

My cluster has a diff problem, everything else works but the analogs the gas the rpms and the mph doesnt work, somebody with same problem ?
